dont like the new colours. obviously theres some coding work still to be done with regards to spacing of words beneath avatars, and i don’t think ill be renewing my premium membership with the taking away of the rep function. i liked being able to give someone props on a good post without having to quote them and post some redundant shit thats already been said 20 times (eg. “l ^this”). and beyond that i don’t really want a new avatar. if i need to renew my membership to keep my av i quit.

I had a hard time adjusting with the in between searching time & I still haven’t adjusted with the removal of the join dates, now no more rep? Damn you Obama/SRK Time for a Change is going overboard…GD is like my favorite place to go to & feel it loss its personality…Its almost like talking to complete strangers now with all these changes…
Im trying to find a way to find my old post, i tried searching & all i get is the post i posted after the new changes…Also, is there no more feature about finding more post by certain users? I remember from the past all i had to do is click on the users name, then click more post from this user…Why was this removed?

I am re-posting the following paragraph from another thread, for the purpose of potentially making the site more money. I’ve been on this site for awhile, and I know how it works, so this here isn’t really just “my opinion,” it’s just the way it is.
Not that I care that much myself, but I think it was an immature decision to remove rep entirely. If someone wanted to express their dislike for it, they could simply disable it. That’s what that function was for. I mean, was rep disabled because people whore it out? I’m pretty sure that happens on every site using a rep system. Regardless, a lot of people liked using it (for whatever reason), and a lot of people bought premium for it. If it’s removed entirely, you’d only be cutting your own throat, inkblot/Wizard. I can guarantee you that you will see reduced revenue from premium subscriptions if you do away with it altogether.
Point is, bring it back. And I don’t say that because I miss it, I say that because it’s a damned money engine.
The New SRK is gonna take some getting used to for me. Is there any way to increase the font size? I can barely read what I’m typing right now. Will the old skins be available again?
The black screws with my eyes, which is why I always stuck with blue. I changed GameSpot’s colour to white for that same reason. Waiting for Giant Bomb to add different colours.

In the last six months I’ve gone a long way to getting to my 500 posts (close to 300 as of writing this) and when I got to around 450 I was going to buy a year of premium. Now I won’t be.
Black hurts my eyes and font is huge, while for some reason the layout is squashed to the right side of the page. Not a fan.

Sucks that the people who neg rep all day fucked up the rep system. I think the rep system could stay as something where u can build ur reputation without having to worry about neg rep. I never gave out neg rep cuz I thought it was tacky and baseless. Like being able to smack a poster in the back of the head with zero reprocussion. Now the only use I have for premium is being able to post every minute. :lol: U guys should do something cool like giving premium members big ass avatars to go with their sigs like in some other forums. I thoght that was a cool way to individualize urself and stand out instead of just the typical small gif fiile.
Oh and make sure one of the new skins has a red background. I NEED MY BLOOD RED SRK!!!

Actually, I find that the format within threads themselves is okay, probably because the text is white on black/grey. The format of the forum board (like GD) with the whole orange on black is killing my eyes; I’m finding it really difficult to read the thread titles. Maybe I’m going color blind or something.
Eh, just give me an option for a white/silver/grey colour for the forum layout; other than that the forum’s OK.
Though…can I please NOT SEE MY INFRACTIONS?!
