Clark trying to save Davis…who is actually Doomsday by seperating Davis from Doomsday with the Black Kryptonite, which does not make sense to me because what percentage of Doomsday is actually human?
I never got the idea of Black kryptonite…
Anyway…from the preview …it looks like a either spectacular, or a clusterfuck.
Edit: DUHHH!!! Black Kyrptonite splits personalities…I forgot about the episode w/ 2 Lex’s.
Haven’t really been keeping up but caught tonights episode.
You know who couldn’t be you know what right?
Also who’s that guy in the end?
WTF @ this Season Finale…seriously.
mind numbness
[details=Spoiler]The Jimmy Olsen that died is NOT Superman’s Pal, but his older brother?
Doomsday fight done before I can finish a cold glass of Orange Juice?
Zod returns…again?
I missed what happened to Lois…oh well.
Clark says GGPO to humanity?
This season has been pretty much “Let’s shit on Chloe while she janks our balls”[/details]
Where is Bruce Wayne when you need him?
I’m trying to figure that out as well.

Concerning the doomsday fight i was wondering the same thing… i thought i had a bad download. I forwarded and tried another dl loll… what a cop out.
Death
[details=Spoiler]I honestly didn’t give a fuck about Jimmy, and my reaction to his death was like, “Oh, he died.”
A lot of shows are doing that this season, though, where they hype up that a headliner will die but just end up icing some semi-regular.[/details]
Yeah, this season was garbage.

SMALLVILLE Season 9 Battle: Clark Kent vs. Friday Night!
Kryptonite, Lex Luthor and Doomsday have yet to fell the Boy of Steel (funny, for a lead actor in his 30s now), but finally something may be too deadly for Clark Kent/Kal-El/Superman to overcome: A new Friday night timeslot.
Making the rounds in entertainment trades is news that The CW network has laid out their Fall 2009 schedule, and while Smallville managed to survive (news known for weeks, actually), the show looks like odd man out in terms of its choice time of the week. Making way for a new program (The Vampire Diaries) to be paired Thursday nights with the thriving Supernatural, Smallville has been moved to Fridays and given a mere repeat of Americas Top Model (I just threw up a little in my mouth) to carry the night for the network. Gotta love, also, how CW has put together a night devoted to Aaron Spelling material from days of old, 90210 and Melrose Place. I can assure you what network I will NOT be watching on Tuesday nights come September.
Terminator fans know all too well how toxic Friday night prime time can be with the recent cancellation of Foxs Sarah Connor Chronicles. And despite being touched by an angel with Dollhouse, Joss Whedon fans were infamously burned with the short shrift given to cult classic Firefly. But despite the fact that I am sure Smallvilles move to Fridays is the first step in The CW clearing it off the books a year from now, I really cant complain about the shows treatment dating back to its origins on The WB in 2001. Nine seasons for any show in this day and age is remarkable, and in spite of creative ups and downs over the years, there is no denying that Smallville cemented its status in Superman lore years ago.
Ultimately my biggest hope is that the show producers develop a season from beginning to end thatll make some sort of historical sense in Man of Steel mythology and not make it up as they go along, unsure of the promise of a tenth season. And I know everyone who follows the show has an idea in their head on how the eventual series finale should play out, but I for one would like them to simply end Season 9, regardless of the shows fate, on a note that gives fans a sense of hope, if not closure. Stay tuned.
Regardless…Season 9 should be the final season.
^
They really should have just ended it right here. Season started out so promising but the Lana arc and this weak ending to the Doomsday storyline
What is in store for next season
[details=Spoiler] I mean just throwing out another Legion ring, Kandor and Zod’s return in the last two episodes seemed somewhat wasteful.
Did they ever get around to the whole Jimmy was junkie sub plot or was he just magically sober?[/details]
And it is sad that the Doomsday fight was like took slow mo punches and Clark’s version WWE wrestler Edge’s signature Spear move. Eh, I’m glad that of the two shows on Thursday to wind up on Friday it was Smallville. I would have hated having to tape or watch new episodes of Supernatural online.
I’ve missed most of this season, but am I right to assume that the Doomsday thing is done?!?!?!
Man…even the hype was weak. I drink orange juice and the fight is already over?
Doomsday jobbing to Clark…just lame.
Lois+Clark went fuckin nowhere…failure.

AintItCool.com has a report claiming that The CW are set to unveil a Superman costume that is reportedly going to be seen in the Season 9 premiere of “Smallville”, with Tom Welling set to make an appearance on Sunday in San Diego to model the costume.
Warner bros reps are grabbing random people at the show and giving them a sneak peek at the new Superman costume for Smallville Me and friends were grabbed by one girl (details below) and taken to a room (down the stairs next to the giant starbucks) and shown it.
it's gobsmackingly awesome! no spandex it looked like leather, its one suit, the top is blue at front and back, red on sides and arms, the trousers are blue at the front and back, red at sides. the superman symbol on the chest protruding out, its red. no cape. it was on a stand we could walk around.
There were no photos allowed, but the lady (name Rosie, slightly bigger build, brown hair) said we could tell others at show, to build hype. They're showing random people the suit throughout today, tomorrow and Saturday, and sunday Tom Welling is flying in just to wear it when its unveilled at for Smallville presentation on sunday.
Rumor? Truth? We await word from our own Comic-Con reporters to find out. Stay tuned!
I guess they’re backing down on the no-costume stance.
