I LOLed at Clark’s code name being “Boy Scout.” Really enjoyed this ep. Impulse was tight and Cyborg. At first I was bummed because he wasn’t Green Lantern, but man, he’s pretty dope. I got the impression that Aquaman was gay with what he said to Cyborg.
Glad Lana wasn’t in this ep. I’ve had enough of her and her melodrama and being fine only gets you so far.

Hated the slow motion walk and when they did it again at the end. And the ‘costumes’ were just bad.
Still a pretty good episode and I agree ReggieHadoken, I got the feeling that Aquaman was gay in this episode, more so than his previous episode. I just kept waiting on Martian Manhunter to appear though.
Oh yeah, I just realized they have had Lois in a short time get with a number of hero folk.
yea krypton site is pretty slick. always has good info there. i joined there when it first started my sn is soup-or-man. i was cracking up when lex said “and i want a pony tail.” shit was too funny.
episode was decent. could’ve been better, IMO.

no, ga isn’t totally gone yet, green arrow will be back before the season ends, not sure if the others will be back in this season though.
oh and martian manhunter is in the next episode for the ppl that were wondering where he was.
I’ve been able to catch up with eps I missed in Season 5 thanks to ABC Family. Saw the 100th ep Thursday, the ep where Jonathan Kent Dies. Great ep. In retrospect, Clark should have let that dumb broad Lana stay dead. I mean, his Dad for Lana? LANA?! That’s messed up. And then she went running straight to Lex. Meh.
While, I agree with you. In his defense, he didn’t know that his Dad was going to die in her stead. He thought he was preventing any death at all. I very highly doubt he’d have chose her over his dad. I mean he’s stupid and a hella emotional, but My God!
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one to wonder about Aquaman being gay…
And yeah, the “costumes” were weak. And walking away from flames in slow motion was pretty questionable, too. Still a pretty decent episode, though.

i finally saw the episode and yeah, it’s really cheesey. i couldn’t help but laugh at so many moments. what’s happening next episode though? my tivo cut out before the previews.
hahahahaha whoever designed those costumes needs to be fired it looks they’re all wearing the generic foam ninja turtel chestplate from halloween just with the dc hero’s corosponding colors 
damn that shit looks like it’s gone down hill since that superman movie came out.
Why’s everybody bitching about the “costumes?” They looked exactly as I expected costumes to look that were made by beginner heroes that are barely out of their teens. And I think that was the point. They couldn’t just go and put them in uber-cool battle armor (or worse their DC Costumes - that would translate far worse on real people than what they had).
Im a DC comic fan myself and i liked the fact that they had the justice league on last week episode
hopefully… unknown at this point though.
and wtf @ ppl bitching about the “costumes”, i think they did a fine job seeing as they are just beginner heroes(well, GA really isn’t, he’s the most heroe out of all of them right now)… i personally liked flash’s outfit, would’ve been cooler if he had yellow running shoes instead of red though.
Just got done watching another ep from season 5. Lana was a Kryptonite druggie. The drug killed the user temporaily so they could be reunited with a loved one. Best “drug trips” were the ones Clark and Lex had. After those heartless scrubs killed off Jonathan, it was good to see him back if only for this ep. And Lex mom warning him of what he’d become was priceless. Oh and Lana was a druggie… man she looked ugly. :arazz:
Oh and Clark’s mom looked lovely in her dress towards the end of the ep. First thing I said when she came down those stairs “Million would hit it.” :wgrin:
EDIT: Watching the new ep on CW. Man, I don’t know what is going on, but I like it. Crazy stuff.
