I’ll be trying to make it out to that FFC tournament next weekend. I’ll probably be bringing a few guys with me.
Also, if you guys wanted to check out OUR tournament, it’s also next weekend, but it’s on Saturday, where yours is on Sunday. MAXOUT in KC, here’s the thread.

Melvin and I just got back from Tennessee. KiT was HYPE… a lot of good talent came and played. A King player actually won in Tekken 6, i’m still in shock over that. Looking forward to FFC tourney on the 17th. I’m going to try to do better.

Lil Majin’s King is fucking insane…shining wizards off every juggle with 99 percent accuracy… that may not be a big thing in Tennessee but I’ve never seen anything like it. I know King is a strong player but as far as I know he was playing the only King… Top 3 characters I saw being played were Bob, Steve, and surprisingly Bruce (i think because Bruce’s wall carry/wall game is so ludicrous).
Oh and I got to face the wrath of Crow’s Steve in the second round of winners… it was not pretty, hehe. Melvin recorded it and maybe he’ll put it on youtube for you guys to see.
Haha, believe me when I say I checked the cockiness at the door. I mean I’m glad I wasn’t 2 and outted, but I was definately outclassed. No regrets though, I’m glad I made the trip. I plan on going to at least one other big one this year (besides Extravaganza) … should be good times…
Oh cool, at least you didn’t get knocked into losers by a no-namer. Yeah, I’ll look forward to seeing that.
