Rob,why do you hate on Tekken, I mean to each his own preference,but let’s be honest with ourselves Tekken at least can count to “6” for a while street fighter for years did not even know how to count to “3” and they take a horrible amount of time to release sequels.The storyline to me is pretty good,needless to say I am a gamer of almost 30 years now and I can sincerely say that as good as street fighter is sometimes it’s too over-the-top.It’s a great game in it’s own regard but don’t diss a game that you suck in just simply because you lack the skill to be good at it.Also,directed to AxioM,if ever and whenever you get the chance I would like to play you,I’d be more than willing to show you there are serious Tekken players here in Omaha…Right,Mel and Reg…
Hello there everyone, just thought I would poke my head in this thread and introduce myself. The name is Brad, and I used to be pretty active on FFC scene back in the day, not so much anymore. I play mainly Tekken series, been playing since 1. I know the Omaha scene is primarily Street Fighter but based on some postings in this thread it seems a few people play Tekken here. I was wondering, does anyone actually play tekken at FFC or is it all mainly at people’s homes? I’m tired of playing online, it really really cheapens your game. I’d like to get some offline games with some quality players if at all possible.
My mains are Bob, and Bruce. Law and Paul are my secondaries. My PSN name is luigijr29 if anyone wants to add me. Let me know if anyone wants some tekken games. Oh yes, I do play Street Fighter but I’m no where near the talent level that I have seen at FFC. I’m willing to learn IV though.

Axiom is a good buddy i played back in the T5/T5DR days. learned some really good stuff from him. i’m not sure if he’s gonna be in Wichita next saturday though. he’s definitely got tons of tourney experience, unlike me lol

yeah playing at the center is a no no lol. they decided to make a crappy arcade build based on the 360. not even an expert can crouch dash and backdash cancel on that shit lol. home sessions is where it’s at.

As for where to play, I have a pretty good set up at my place. I currently live with my parents though (will be getting a place with my gf eventually) but it’s still an awesome set up. I may text you sometime this evening… if you’re unavailable then sometime next week is good too.
