Just an observation I noticed while playing stuff other than TDM.
-You DO get points for capping a flag in Domination but ONLY if you were the first guy that jumped on it.
-Picking up tags in KC does not give you points towards your streak.
-Scoring in things like “Blitz” gives you points towards your streak.
I’d love blitz more if i had a real TEAM. Rather its like my team plays TDM and allows everyone to kill them and score points.
Maps are so open to flanking AND camping that if i do one i get killed the other way. Only maps i like so far are Flooded and Octane. Free fall is good too if only it showed up on random rotations. I’d love Stonehaven if it had ground war. I’m itching to actually do REAL sniping again!
I went through the same thing today. I almost never get angry at games, but this is the first game that legit made me angry today. EVERY MAP HAS A FLANK ROUTE OR SOME RANDOM NOOK OR CRANNY FOR SOMEONE TO SHOOT FROM. It’s above and beyond annoying.
Funny thing about BO2, i actually really like it, but HATE the fact that they nerfed ghost. That’s what stopped me from playing it. They essentially force you to run around. I’ll continue to play this game to try and find a groove, but i’m very close to going back to MW2. At least i have BF4 to run to when i get annoyed with being shot in the back every few seconds.
MW2 is hacked beyond playable. It’s the reason why I got rid of my copy. Still have COD4 for when ever I get sick of getting clan raped/playing with random scrubs. Speaking of which does SRK still play Search and Get Bored? Wouldn’t mind being on a clan this time around, but I can’t stand playing that game type.
Playing MW2 on xbox and I see no hacking that I can tell.
The last few times I got on was ridiculous, getting retarded amount of xp, witnessing people get their stats reset, aim bots, raining predator missiles, etc etc. All on xbox. Anyway, I’ll be on tonight, if anyone that doesn’t play search wants to pick me up that will be cool xbox tag: superbongzilla
Just a heads-up guys: I used some leftover Squad Points to buy my second squad member guy. You can pick what “Type” this guy is, I assume it’s for “Squads” mode or whatever but you got stuff like:
-Assault
-CQB
-Heavy Gunner
-Sniper
-Marksman
-Spec ops?
Anyways the different titles give you a different gun or guns you start out with. You DO NOT keep the guns/perks you have already unlocked.(I’m level 44 btw) but I’m assumng you can still get Squad Points from you other dude to use on the new guy. It’s like prestige mode but not really.
I never played more uninspiring game than this one.

Watching the vid, the footsteps seem so easy to hear. Is it like this in game or is it just Ron’s setup?
I’ll sell you my game. $40 shipped. Getting high amount of kills or even going consistently positive in this game is not happening when playing with randoms.
I’ve had it with this game after last night. Maps are way too easy to get flanked on, there really isn’t a method in playing this shit anymore. The only way to come out a head is with having good team mates.
Hmmm idk ppl crying about how long it takes to get points. It doesn’t lol. Well unless you’re garbage. I got the perks, killstreaks and guns I’m content with. Only lvl 30. Saving the rest to see what the 300 pt female character is about.
Only real complaint is the maps are kinda big. Some are waaay to open too. Sometimes I’m getting shot and have literally no idea where it came from… Like getting spawn sandwiched happens a lot in this game. Very annoying. I also feel like this game kinda punishes you for being a lone gun runner. Too much camping…but then again that’s every COD until it gets fleshed out a bit and ppl learn the maps.
Going to start running specialist soon.
What’s your setup? I play mainly with randoms and have no prob going positive lol. I do agree with your point on how wide open everything is…one match I killed 3 ppl just spawning on front of me within 20 secs lol.
IMO SMGs are shit in this game. Maps too big for them…you will lose many gunfights. Until shit gets patched just run ARs or snipers…everything else is lacking atm.
THAT’S why people are free to the rifles down the center.
Its hard to get over 30 in ghosts ATM. I may need to adjust a few things.
I think the stats are wrong, the difference in damage between the FP6 and the TAC/MTS is a bit more than what’s show, I can get ridiculous and consistent one-shots from a decent range with the FP6 more than the other shotguns. I actually do better with it than the TAC now.
Wow, the combat knife can actually be pretty beastly in this game with the right perks.
Besides the obvious speed perks, ping and off the grid turn you into a vicious psychopath.
Ping gives you a little UAV scan after every kill, revealing nearby enemies to stab, and off the grid keeps you off the grid.
Once you get the dog, it’s even more ridiculous, I kept my dog and got more kills with it using the knife than with any other weapon.
And sliding actually helps you fake people out easier and flank. I’ve been tearing up FFA lobbies with it today.
Ok, yup, i’m saying it now, Extinction is better than Zombies.
Like way better.
Like I never want to play zombies again better.
I loved the story zombies had but the maps got more complicated than they needed to be. Will try Extinction later on.
My observations…
The maps are too big. Like WAY too big.
The guns seem bland…like not much difference between them at all.
I cant mute a motherfucker without muting the whole lobby.
I cant tell what my connection is. That makes quite a difference for us without awesome connections.
Despite the maps being abnormally huge, I still get people spawning right behind me.
No power points in maps, yet again.
I just got QS a minute ago. I mean…really? Come on!

At least its not BO2. But I’d rather play MW3 than this.
For the life of me, I don’t understand why they can’t just make a good game anymore. You had the formula, yet you abandon it for shitty maps and generic weapons. Actually thats what this game really is…generic.

Lol BO2 is better than ghost. Mw3 has some OP killstreak setups too. Ghost IMO is better than mw3. Not bo2 tho.
I think the map sizes is something we all can agree on tho. I just think ppl should wait at least a month…after they patch a few things to really critique. I mean, ppl did it with mw2, bo1-2 …just wait a minute
