I think I prefer kill confirmed over TDM after trying it for the first time today. Also I saw the swarm point streak today. You better hope you don’t spawn outside if you die by one of them.
Kill Confirmed is indeed scorestreak galore like someone mentioned it would be earlier in this thread

I ordered a Hardened Edition off Amazon today on impulse. Did anyone here get one? If so, what do you think of it?
basically every single number that appears in the middle of your screen counts toward your next scorestreak
to change just as it says find match and gives you that list of Core/HC/Training/etc hit X for search preference. they give you the option of how you want to connect. I choose best and yes it take a bit more but I experience no lag at all. only time it failed to find me games was at 4am for obvious reasons.

Man, this game is wierd as fuck. I’ve always been able to hold my own in every CoD up until now. I don’t know what it is, but I find it so hard to aim. I miss so many shots, in fact i’m not even surprised when I get the first shot and I still die. It’s so aggravating to do so poorly every game. I really wanna like this game too, I like all the petty things like the graphics and sound. It’s tough holding back my anger when I play:/
Anyways, the Guardian/Microwave is fuckin’ amazing in Capture the Flag. Just set one up on your flag and lol as people try to slug their way in and out. My friend thinks the Scorpion w/Rapid Fire and Silencer is OP, but from my experience it’s range is so ass it’s an one-sided weapon, in that it completely destroys in CQC but doesn’t have much chance anywhere else.
Aside from having difficulties getting any match started other than a league match and occasional freezing, my friends and I when playing league matches would get in some loading vortex after every game. The screen would be black, with the loading symbol and the title at the bottom of the screen flickering in and out every couple seconds, the music coming in and out too. We would get to a a screen saying something like “Too many people in party to play in this lobby” and the cycle would repeat until it just stopped. PS3 is having way too many issues.
Whew, that was a lot.
You have to set your playlist search preferences to Best man, like not even joking. Pretty much saved the game for me and surprised this is not the default setting. It takes longer to find a game with a larger party but it its about the same time as the older CODs.
Either way though Treyarch definitely has to fix connection issues.
I can’t remember the streak names but uav, missile, and lightning strike. Also had three people running uav, guardian, sentry gun. Only can put down 2-3 sentry guns and one guardian at once. Two people on the team were waiting for the others to explode so they can put theirs down.
It’s harder for me to get higher pointstreaks in this game so I haven’t bothered trying to unlock anything higher.
This worked so well its amazing. I went from going even or less to 47-10 next game. EVERY ONE DO THIS.
I’ve been having the same problem. On BO2 forums Activision said they’re working on it. It works if you sign in to another account. But I think i’ll wait to level up. On my main account.

Matchmaking got updated for PS3, I can finally get off League, having all the guns unlocked felt like cheating

Got paid today, but won’t have a chance to pick up the game until tomorrow after work.
So…I broke down and bought this game yesterday, and so far I’m actually not dissapointed. Other than the slightly dated graphics engine, this game is loads of fun and I haven’t even hopped into the campaign yet (which is suprising because the campaign was my favorite part of Black Ops 1).
I really like what they did with Zombies. I’m not totally used to it yet, but the two teams idea really adds some tension to the mode and griefing other people’s revives is always a kick. The maps are also awesome as well, and pack a visual punch like none of the other zombie maps that have come before them. The way that there’s fog surrounding the bus depo was a really good idea as well, although I learned the hard way that that area of the map is more or less “off limits”.
Only problem I have with the multiplayer is the knife issue. Other than that though, the maps are awesome, colorful, diverse, and they’re just generally fun. This is the first Call of Duty title I’ve enjoyed this much since the days of Modern Warfare 2.

I forgot the game came out…on Veteran’s day sorta at that.
So what’s the SRK verdict? I’m leaning towards not buying it due to my BO experiences, but figured I’d check in first. And I’l lbe kicking my fisher price ‘Hotspot’ internet to the curb in December and will finally hop on XBox again.
