It was probably youtubers. I love their commentaries, but trust me, they are the epitome of that “COD Cycle” we all go through where the game is awesome until it’s not, then awesome when the next one comes out. They go through it way faster because they play way more of the game.
I was on usually on the weekends, and even more when I did have BO1. Priorities come first man. Add me back, I’ll be on again.

Shotguns seem like ass but then I only used them on Gun Game.

I’m not lagging, but my PS3 has frozen twice, both right before the loading screen of a match:/ Also, lack of Barebones is very disappointing.
The game did when I booted it up, unless there’s a second install I need to find.

I tried to turn my av into my game emblem, but after saving I can’t edit because the game freezes, too many layers or something =/
Emblem editor is really good! And it’s great you can now store multiple emblems, if only you could trade or share with people like clan mates.

Is my sound screwed up, the guns sound like I’m in a giant empty hall.
Same thing happened to me, there is a second install in the options menu. So is it safe to assume that the second install is a must?
All of you that I usually run with…are you getting this game? And if you have it, is it worth getting? Or should I just stick with Halo4?
Looks like I’ll be using LMGs this time, which is a first since COD4. I haven’t found an assault or smg I like yet.
I fucking hate the SWAT though, but I really want to see if it can become decent with full auto. Getting it to the level for full auto though is ugh.
Yea I do feel something is off with the connection though, like I’m always a step behind other players which I’ve only felt occasionally in the other CODs.
Akimbo: Seeing as how you are Treyarch biggest homer, how is the game so far, and when i say game, I mean the MP because no one actually plays the sp.
Little peeved by the campaign:
Unlock shed, found bear traps. Decide to set up an ambush point Baldur’s Gate/Fallout style. Enemies somehow make it through five beartraps rigged with mortars. One shot kill me? Odd, they weren’t hitting that hard a second ago. Reload, try twice more with varying set ups. Learn I’m supposed to sneak to a window without engaging. Cutscene. Now same enemies are chasing me but somehow not one shotting. Stupid me for trying something alternative.
Fast forward. Gotta pick up some dude to get him in a chopper. Don’t know this right away so after a predetermined amount of time I’m gunned down in similar one shot drop fashion. Finally figure it out. Same enemies are chasing but suddenly now we have time for a dramatic cutscene in the same spot I was just massacred in a second ago.
I don’t expect realism in these games but this is straight cheese. First impression; Kinda turned off to the campaign already.
I don’t think I’ve finished a campaign since mw2.
