I whole-heartedly agree on that principle. I created the art for my Mad Catz SCV stick with that in mind (a few pages back)… That’s why I went with a design inspired by the packaging while retaining the SCV logo, and button labels as close to stock as possible.
In fact, the only things I changed were an update to the “Arcade Fightstick” logo to match the font used on the TTT2 stick (I like that font better), I added the current Mad Catz logo on the artwork, and added dual PS3/XBOX360 labeling.
you said to not worry about the missing E, but why is there a missing E? Any yeah, I like it. Nice use of colors and I love the background. I also notice your logo on the bottom right, are you a graphic designer or something?
For the missing E i noticed it when i uploaded the png,for the second question : photoshop is one of my hobbies :),but if you need any help/request feel free to ask.
@d3v thank you,didnt know that.btw i love your work
Hello everyone new to the forums. I am getting into competitive gaming and wanted to get a custom artwork design done for my arcade stick I’m getting in a week or so. Been playing on the pad but I think it’s time to switch. The character i am going to be using in the tournament is akuma and wanted something related to him. What I was thinking of is the raging demon on my arcade stick that’s the eightarc fusion ebony which is 16 inches x 10 inches x 2.5 inches. If anybody can help me that would be great making my competitive gaming debut in march at final round in atlanta, ga. Willing to pay if that helps if anyone wants to take the offer. Thanks guys!
Cool, nice to meet another akuma player! Thanks for replying, the color preference i was thinking is black and blue. I definately want akuma to stand out on the stick somewhere maybe on left side and in middle maybe? I’m using my iPhone right now to post, so when I get a chance to access a computer I’ll upload some images and a template probably tomorrow. Thanks for replying again!
Can someone give me tips on using photoshop (CS5) because designing a template is a pain, especially with Wolverine claws. Note: I am trying to make one for my UMVC3 team of Wolverine/Doom/Akuma, also it is for an Eightarc Fusion.
ATLS808, Hey I tried to upload some Akuma pictures at the library but the computers there suck and wont allow me. If you can still help me out with my design for my Ebony Fusion eightarc stick that would be great. Something custom anything you can come up with would be awesome.
