not trying to offend anyone, but there is a line to with public and friends, I actually asked friends first before the print happened they were fine with it heh…but thats why theres soo many prints, gotta change it often and time to time…my friends dont own sticks, so I gotta lend em…and i gotta clean the dead skin on sticks…so might as well art swap everynow and then…as for going public and not friends place, it would be going pg-13

Hey guys, this is my first attempt at a stick in a while, other than the minor errors in the centering of the crosshairs, what do you guys think? Also, are the holes on the template and the mock up so different? which one should i use as a gauge as to what my final product will really look like?

relax man. People can do whatever they wish with there fightstick. Its there haven. You seem to worry what others think a bit too much.
Im sure he has common sense as to when its okay to bring out the stick. And why would you be walking out in public with a stick? the only time its out is at tournaments and at friends. it be a great psyche out lol.

that megaman piece is awesome. clean the white border around megaman a bit remove the white in the logo like drop said and it will be choice
people can do whatever they want with their stick, sure, but honestly, only weird people think that shit is cool. and just because this is a thread dealing with videogames doesn’t mean that everyone is into shit like anime, doujin or whatever other cartoon crap that man-children are into these days.

I think saying that “only weird people think that shit is cool” is highly subjective and divisive. Let’s keep it civil here, there’s no reason to come down on anyone for what they like. If you don’t like it, don’t comment, but there’s no benefit in coming down on someone else for their tastes, be it Zangeif in a thong or ponies… to each their own. Let’s just be friends.
This isnt really the place to talk about this stuff. You are posting images of NERD ART that no one in the public really care about. They already think this scene is weird. Its okay to have weird people in a weird community and its not like the guy zoomed in and let you see every panel. He can post what he wants and we dont have to like it but dont judge the dude. As long as it meets the guidelines (which it does since he censored it out) than its whatever.

i dont know which image you are referring to, but i do all my designs with the assumption that someone might want to use clear buttons.

the characters are from some cartoon called panty and stocking. it was a commission, and they wanted button art.
the stuff i do tends to look graff-like because graffiti is what i do.

there is a difference between the word cartoon and anime, panty and stocking is an anime(japanese animation) not a cartoon, a cartoon describes A simple drawing showing the features of its subjects in an exaggerated way, esp. in a newspaper or magazine. or in relevance terms a 2d image, not an animation, however anime means japanese animation, and the other genre is normal animation like the american ones family guy/simpsons etc. its insulting to call anime a cartoon. as that is a incorrect assumption, Japanese Anime means any genre with any idea as an animation, pretty much real tv but animated.

I’ve watched anime that could be described as a cartoon. Some Calvin and Hobbes strips have more frames of animation.
C’mon, we all know what a cartoon is. The difference between a cartoon and an animated cartoon is the format, it’s not confusing.
