On a side note, found some none sanwa and non siemetsu clear buttons at arcade world for cheap… Wondering if they are worth it or if I should stick with what I know works. Anybody tried any other brands?
I think you should soften the drop shadow you’re using on the two Spidermans (Spidermen?), it’s really harsh right now. If you’re using a layer style to do it, lower the choke and opacity. Also, You should be more consistent in the blue you use in the background. The blue on the left and right actually clashes a bit with the blue on the top and bottom.
Lord British, Gotcha I will lower the opacity, but what is the choke? I’m using Gimp so I’m not totally familiar with all of the ps terms. Is it the value? Yeah the side is actually gradient from the blue on the bottom to the red in the middle. I wasn’t sure about that either, I think it kind of works, but more in a ‘plastic toy backpack’ or lunch box kind of way. I’ll try using the same color blue, maybe with a little lighter value or something. Thank you for the help. Back to the lab for me!
choke = fuzzyness. i actually dont use gimp so i dont know what they would call it, but the shadow doesnt need to be sharp.
I think it looks good, but it does need work. there are too many non-matching blues in that picture. if you are going to use any blue, it should be the same color as spiderman.
i think you should stretch the black and white image all the way to the ends, and just have the borders on the top and bottom.there isnt really any point in having thAt cutoff grayscale image of spidey in that area, and the purple graident doesnt look good imo.
also get rid of the drop shadow or lighten it and change the direction. it doesnt need to be directly right of the characters put at an angle (but really lighten it or remove it).
also, i think you should consider a universal font for the text you are using. that brush-looking font looks a bit sloppy to me, also i dont see any point in haveing yellow in there. if you want to use 3 colors i would suggerst white instead.

Consider putting this on my TVC. I used the TAITO and Vewlix logos 'cause I’m under the impression that’s the layout used for this stick. Oh, and 8 buttons is a no-no.
+8 buttons are for pros. im considering putting 8 MORE buttons on my stick. i dont even think i’ll wire them to anything.
if the girl is a render, you could’ve placed her clean on the right side if you weren’t going to put in the last two buttons instead of writing “dick” in them lol

My new art I made. Can anyone tell me how to look at it on a TE Mockup using GIMP? I had it written down in word doc but lost it a while back. I also dont know what the sizes are supposed to be for the artwork print job.
Don’t have any more art to post, but do have plenty of tears and sorrow. My hard drive crashed on my computer wiping out everything on my C:\ drive. My latest back-up was multiple years old. I lost all of the artwork that I had already completed and posted in this thread. In addition, I can no longer find my CD which has my Adobe Photoshop software and license key on it. It’s an older version of photoshop (I think it was 6 or so years old) and I don’t believe I can get that software again, or be able to find the key as my e-mail was lost as well.
Ugggh. I just feel sick. All that work, so much progress, and bam. Lost everything.

Yeah, it’s a very wise thing to do. I need to start making monthly back-ups to prevent the horrors of what recently happened to me from happening again. (I was updating through Windows update when for some reason the computer shut down during the install. I may have accidentally put something on the laptop that was resting on the power button. I don’t know. When I tried to turn the computer on after that, it would start to load, then blue-screen and re-start before I could even read what it said. Safe mode or not, it just would not boot. Finally, I got out my install CD and it mentioned some type of issue with ntkernal.sys and the MBR being corrupted. So I had to bite the bullet and just start all over. Uggggh.

a major improvement! i can barely read the “spiderman edition” part of your text though, you might want to either put a border around the letters or use a darker font color.
did my best to redesign the style used in sonic generations. for the record, i hate illustrator…
