I like Sora’s new getup too.
But I really hope we get to play as more characters than Sora. We should be able to play any of the 7 Warriors of Light.

As said before, it was because Sora was OP in KH2. I also feel compared to KH1, in KH2 everyone and their mother had a Keyblade to spare left and right. Beat the new boss? Here’s a keyblade. Won the mini-game? Keyblade. Bought some seasalt ice cream? Keyblade. Start menu? Keyblade.
Agreed. Before I got a closer look, I thought he was rocking the same outfit from KH2. I do hope we get to play as more characters other than Sora. Maybe Kairi or Riku?
To your first point, even though everyone had a Keyblade to give, they weren’t AMAZING improvements over the Kingdom Key like in KH1. Beating the game with the KK was tough in KH1, and pretty easy in KH2. It also helps that, as you said, Sora is absurdly OP in KH2. They basically made him take the Mark of Mastery in 3D because they needed an excuse to tone him down. He was Dante level when it comes to being broken in and out of story.
And yeah, other characters need to be playable. We have PLENTY of choices to choose from too.

People would’ve been even more salty if they had done so because it would’ve rendered KH 1.5 and 2.5 useless.

1.5 is KH1 FM, CoM, and the DS game cutscenes.
2.5 is KH2 FM, BBS FM, and some other shit.
I’d still like em, I don’t have a PS3 so I’m left out of the circle. Digital download would be great.

I think they said a certain making of KH3 video won’t be shared but it’s possible the other trailers will be shown. Either way let’s hope some new info drops and gameplay is shown today.
