Is it normal to play 3d and constantly feel underleveled? Maybe because most of my spirits are D rank? So even at Lv.35-40 I feel they are still ass.

Yeah Iâd say so. Game kicks your ass unless you grind hard and KNOW what Spirits to use (and thus level up for the great abilities) which is obviously a crapshoot without a guide.
