Anyone ever heard of the game EL Shaddai? I know there a demo out on it for XBL and PSN. I played the demo and really liked it but don’t feel like it’s $60 worth. Was wondering if anyone has gotten the game yet. I feel like I might just watch DSP’s playthrough of it on youtube instead of buying it since it probably won’t go down in price till holidays but i’ll already have other games and such to buy during that time.

Yeah i’ve heard mixed reviews too but i found the demo pretty fun. I can’t believe it’s a retail game because it seemed like a downloadable game to me. But yeah i guess i’ll wait till it goes down in price or something. And it’ll be funny to watch DSP rage at a certain hard part of the game or not understand some section of the game, will give me a few laughs as well so i’ll just watch that.
I remember staying up for like 48 hours watching his play through of heavy rain. It totally ruined the plot for me but he saved me 60 bucks and it was kind of more fun watching him than playing the actual game

That point aside, yeah, I do believe that nobody should idolize people they want to compete against, because it’s only a mindfuck against yourself; but would I say to Pyrolee’s face that he’s free and do the Harlem Shake/Shuffle/Boogie if I manage to win a set? Of course not, 'cause if I was in that situation where I could play against someone who I thought was good, I’d want to play against him as much as possible so that I could learn from my own mistakes by that same someone who had the ability to show them to me.
