Last time (2-3yrs ago) us 3 had a session it was going into a triangle. I was beating Khan and losing to Mike. Mike was beating me and losing to Khan. Khan was beating Mike and losing to me. Nobody had a 2 game winning streak!

Man i didn’t know there were alot of people still playing fighting games in stockton, i used to play CVS2 MVC2 at Golfland all the time and i now play SSF4 add me on xbox live, its lvlonkii (LVLONKii), i want to get better and its way better playing with locals instead of people from out of state with bad connections (I HATE IT!)

In a bit of local news. Play 'n Trade Stockton (now known as Games etc.) is hosting a Super Street Fighter 4 tournament August 20. I’ll prolly go but I don’t feel like entering.

Stockton is dead. I ran into one of the stockton cats the other day and from what he said nothing goes down really. And if shit does go down you wont know about it unless you are part of a specific group in stockton. It doesnt matter though, none of the stockton people are very friendly, not including that one mexican guy that was at emilios house. That dude was really cool. I was able to talk to him about stuff that wasnt fighting games.
I guess its not that they arent friendly, but if you arent talking about fighting games then why the fuck is you talkin’? That kind of thing. You know what im saying? They arent much for conversation is what im saying I guess.
i met a couple guys at school who play… but it seems like we can never get a day to actually PLAY and get everyone there. Manteca actually is growing… had 10 or so people just randomly show up and play.
I wish there was an arcade here in stockton. There are so many people here that play but there is no where to gather that isnt someones house. Everyone needs a place to go no matter the time or day.
Also I think thats why not a lot of people know about some gatherings. People dont want a bunch of random dudes just showing up and I can understand that. Thats why we need an arcade. I also think a nuetral setting like that will make people a little more…friendly/talkative. They wont have to be worrying about fuckin’ some shit up in some dudes house. hehe
I posted a little while ago, but I just moved into the local university (CSUS), so I was wondering if anyone played in the local are or more specifically at the Uni. I know most of you guys play in Stockton and Modesto, but if any plays at the Uni, or knows someone that does, send them my way thanks.
