It’s like everyone returned to real life working and shit. EVO’s in a week and a half. There’s gotta be something goin’ on.

I live on airport, literally a few blocks away from weston Ranch. I have a ps3 stick so if you have a ps3 I’d chill with you, or later on when I get a new system and set-up I’ll throw more events.
SSF4 failed to qualify, went 3-2 vs. unknowns/scrubs
MBAA failed to qualify, went 1-2 vs. Japanese player Garu, then old school sacchin player Headphones
MBAA Teams, tied for 5th. At least this one went well considering I managed to recruit a Japanese player on my team to anchor all the matchups I don’t have experience with 
good shit… anyone else make it out to evo? If anyone can make it out to manteca we will be having day sessions pretty much on the daily for tekken 6 and ssf4 (we are just getting into tekken 6) so message me and ill get you the info.

Hey guys, I’m originally from Stockton, born and raised. I used to be heavy into the arcade scene when I was younger. Which places are still left to play at? I used to play at Naughty Nicks and Grapevine, but I dont think they exist anymore. I’m wondering where I should go to get my fix when I visit family.
Nothing exists here in stockton anymore. Naughty Nicks is some card house now. Grapevine is…not there. That one mall has wimzys (that what its called) but I doubt there are any cabs in there. Just kiddie ride kinda games that give tickets. And if you have been away a really long time the other arcade (the underground one) in the other mall was shut down after some shooting.
So things go down at someones house around here. Lately they have been doing shit at some dude named Arturo’s (or maybe its Imileo, im not sure) house. Its an invite only kinda of thing maybe so you should hit up DJcream if you really want to get some casuals in when you are down. You may also want to talk to Starkilled, he has shit going on at his place from time to time.
I was having small get togethers for a bit there but its pretty tough for me to do much. With a family and all my place isnt the best for casuals. So its usually just me and a buddy or two playing.

Which mall had the shooting? Sherwood or Weberstown? If I were a betting man, I’d guess it was Sherwood Mall. That one got significantly more ghetto when I was living there.
As far as I know Whimzys or w\e is completely shut down. Last time I saw they cleared it out completely. It’s sad because Stockton is the one town that could use an arcade Lol
I cant ever figure out what mall is what mall. The one im talkin’ about has Sears attached to it. That arcade shut down back in like 93 or so.
