Like I mentioned on Maxxâs FB that special was insanely powerful. You could tell the entire time Dave was trying to keep his composure and keep his emotions in check so he wouldnât go into a complete mental and emotional breakdown.

Iâve always wondered why my military friends hated police, and Dave single handedly helped me to understand it. They fought to protect their country from foreign AND domestic terrorists, and many police are definitely a terror like no other.
Another thing that shook me was the numbers Dave used and how it relates to his own life, and how deep his roots were in this Civil Rights movement.
Dude the goat, I canât see anybody convincing me otherwise. He completely turned expectations around and still made a timeless classic

Spike Lee definitely took an interesting route with these flashbacks in Da 5 Bloods. I wouldâve expected CGI or another method

Spike Leeâs take on the flashback scenes was different and use of Marvin Gayeâs song threw me off.
I knew that scene in the woods was coming as soon as dude backed up. Gruesome
