(ha, and it’s perfectly fine as you can see she’s actually 23 years old…sheeeiiittttttt) I’m definitely keeping tabs on her. I’d eat the hell out of that.
I forgot how many episodes it is but I’m nearing the end of it…I’m not one of those to binge a whole season in a day so it usually takes me a while…I’ve only seen the first episode of this Tiger King people keep talking about. Anyway, so far it’s keeping me hooked, though I’m not liking how the vamps are portrayed that much in this show. They don’t have superspeed and apparently aren’t even immortal (just a lifespan that is about 5x that of a human)…and I guess damage from the sun can never be healed (1 character got burned a bit at the start of the series in a flashback, and she still has that burn mark in present day)

I don’t watch a lot of Netflix originals because most of them look boring as shit. The ones I have watched I usually drop within a few episodes because they are in fact boring as shit.
Also, My mental health has been shit for the longest time and still is shit. So I rarely get the want, urge or need to watch, play, read or do anything. Even on days off.
But yes. It had Groening and X. Cohen’s finger prints all over it. A lot of dry but snappy humor, great word play and visual gags as far as the eye can see in almost every scene.
I was joking lol. I appreciate it shows when groening isn’t being whipped by fox he still has fresh look at things. It didn’t feel like rehashed Simpsons or Futurama jokes

I saw a thread on fb going and had me dying. “oh wow maybe they will make a power rangers show”
The best thing that could come from it based on my limited experience with Boom Studios comics is the Mark Waid series Irredeemable and it’s companion series Incorruptible.
If they can make a western anime like Castlevania, because the subject matter of a Superman type going on a world wide rampage is too much for a live action budget. I would love it.
