This dude Joe Goldberg is disturbed. Just started watchin “You”. My man’s the God of stalking😂
Finished Witcher. Love it. It reminds me of the xena and Hercules Era of fantasy shows but like a rated r version of it. Obviously it allows itself to be fun and silly at times.
I do understand the confusion of the time jumping. It’s hard to follow a bit but overall I can understand it. But I can see how a more mainstream audience might be like wtf
what the time jumping was like an awesome plot twist!!! because until the big reveal i thought it was all occurring in the present! brilliant m night shamalan style twist!!!
the kid from lost in space.
grew.
and then some.
which is distracting considering its supposed to pick up from where it left off but it makes you think they have been on the planet years instead of few months by how much he shot up in height. like the dude getting fat in el camino. distracting. oh well.
MFKZ the movie is on netflix btw
Wait until Shazam 2 comes out in 2022. They won’t even need Zachary Levi because Billy Batson is gonna be like 6’2 by then.
i wouldnt call it a plot twist. its pretty obvious at least me really early on what was going on. it was just jumping around timeline.
Well I knew from episode 1 because Ciri isn’t even alive during those Geralt stories.
Idk about this, not sure FF works in live-action but we will see…
Think it’ll ultimately depend on if this follows one of the games or it’s a whole new story…
If it’s set in Ivalice they have my attention.
Edit: Based on XIV, we’ll see how it goes.
I trust nothing final fantasy related. Nothing ff has ever done good for me
I mean…advent children is passable. Rufus was a G in that movie.
The mini-series anime about the other boy band members in XV was watchable.
Spirits within though. Yikes
I liked Spirits Within. The FFV OVA is fucking hilarious dubbed.
I remember thinking the Anime series was just ok tho.
The firaga of hot takes
How is that a hot take?
I’ve never met a single person who has ever said even remotely anything positive about spirits within.
People are overly critical of that movie.
It’s not amazing or anything but my experience is most people hate on it cuz it’s the social thing to do. Half the people I’ve ever talked about that movie that claim to hate it can barely tell me anything about it.
did you play the video games? what clues did you have to know it wasn’t the same time line? when i watched it i was under the assumption it was all taking place in the present. i didn’t figure it out until the big reveal when yennefer gets plastic surgery, steps out into the ballroom and the incest king (forgot his name) is shown as a kid (the same king the witcher is helping out whose daughter is a striga and whose mother is the kings sister). i did a double take at that point.
Nope went into the Netflix series blind. Never touched the games
Spirits within is a good movie when you pretend it doesn’t exist in any sorta ff world.
