Which one? The hienzan or the hangetsuzan?Movelists, people. The moves have names to prevent this kinda confusion. Capcom games movelists are simple and limited enough where you can say “kick thingy” and as long as people know who you’re talking about, they know what you mean. Not so with snk games.

Beelzebubble, you lucky devil, you…I’ll probably have to wait 4 months after the game hits the us to play it, and never get a home version (cuz I don’t like xbox much…not enough games I want that I can’t get for other systems). Say, why is it that California seems to get new arcade games before, oh, I don’t know…Florida?

I assume it’s an import version, right? Maybe with so few arcades left, it’s common for them to have stuff from Japan, but I didn’t expect it.

Ah, I see. Well, we were playing it today and it seems that marco is very top tier. He’s bascially like cable, but with no viper beam.

yeah marco can be a bitch. thing is hes very technical/difficult to play so basically your opponent will have to be quite a bit better than you to fiend with him.

*he’s not very good in the air. try to out air him and stay in close.

*his grenades are quite easy to dash in under, do it as much as possible and then keep the pressure on.

*if they get really grenade happy trade with super fb’s, roberts is good.

*keep a close eye on the rescued soldier super coz his fb does huge damage.

*if he tries to mix it up/rush in after a grenade by using the jetpack attack remember he’s pretty open after it.

*watch out for long range spew supers as it does good damage, also remember he’s very prone after it as he’ll be gulping a med pack.

Thanks for the tips. Btw, Julian Robinson was the person I was playing, and he’s a NEO-GEO grand master. This guy is naturally good in all fighting games he touches. Pretty hard to do that kind of stuff on him.

Yeah, Marco can’t do jack in the air. Hey beelze is thier any way to avoid the rescued soldier besides runing away? Anyways…

Kim is really good in this game since his moves are super fast and have little recovery time. I’m still getting the hang of Mr. Big but he is good, his anti-air is very deceptive and you can cancel it into any one of his three supers.

I would have thought Macro’s jump D is pretty ok esp the vertical and back jump version. The jet pack move is a very good aerial move too.

create situations where you get them to block. when they are blocking do the california whatever its called (his dp+PUNCH) and cancel it right as you reach their feet into the fbx2+KICK super, basically it gives you the ability to land that super at long range when they are blocking and short of stuffing your dp there is nothing that they can do :slight_smile:
