Seems like lots of ppl are using MR.Big. Fuma had some awesome combos Robert/Kim had nice ones too. Marco and Genjuro are cool rush down characters, didnt see alotta action on the new chars though.
I’ve definately seen enough of Marco and Big already… I want to see the rest of the cast doing some interesting stuff. That last video was pretty good, I’ve got a lot more hope for the game now. It looks fast with a lot of attacking, which is something I like to see.
Not only Chinatown has NGBC, but Super Arcade also got it.

I played it a few days ago however it was on a 50 inch Megalo with US sticks [Jap cabinet using US sticks? So stupid! + I cant use US sticks] so it immediately dropped my enjoyment factor down several notches. Apart from that it seemed okay… have to play it some more before I make up my mind on it. I tend to think though KOF XI will be much more popular, hopefully nothing to broken will be found out so that NGBC doesn’t become another SVC.
One thing you can definetly notice is that it is not an MVS game… it looks alot better than your regular KOF.
Anyway for those in Sydney, Galaxy World in Market City Chinatown has it… it has been there for the past week or so.
KOF XI is without a doubt going to be more popular, it is the more recognizable franchise. People love to see their old school characters like Ryo and Terry and the new ones brought in KOF.
But NGBC is new somewhat original and looks to be what KOF started out as being but can’t be anymore, a dream match with a ton of characters.
Hell even better than KOF because it includes even the ridiculous stuff like King of the Monsters.
Man, I hope they get a cabinet in either Houston or SA.
This game is now at SuperArcade and Infinity arcade. Its 50 cents to play and continue. So far I didnt really see any abusable characters in this game. GC is so punishable if done too early, which is a good thing. I tried to do GC into throw but it doesnt work, THANK GOD!!. So far its a great game with still alot to be uncovered.
