It beats the hell out of Bison’s SFV character theme, at least, though that’s the lowest bar to clear ever. It still could’ve been a lot better though. No bells makes me sad.

I called the work and the company names, not the person who did it. There is a difference. Anyway, the stage can’t be bought in many areas of the world at the moment. Guess Capcom just listened to “kids” like me and decided to change that nonsensical part of the theme. Let’s wait and see when it goes up again. 
I think it’s a bug with the online store because it works fine on Steam.
Personally I really like this stage and the music, because it’s been sorely missed with more down-tempo selections, however the “danger time” final parts slightly ruins the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of it. The forgotten waterfall stage encountered the exact same problem.
