After so many times trying to break its head for Tenderplates (you need to do it twice for the bonus items to drop), I’ve finally built the Shara Ishvalda HBG. Auto-load on Sticky Ammo 3 is OD. Opens up a lot of customization slots I’ve had otherwise had to use on both recoil and reload mods. Also means I can drop Ammo Up for other skills, like Attack.

Switch axe is the definition of style over substance. Where as its counterpart Charge blade is style AND substance. Switch axe honestly feels broken in areas where charge blade succeeds.
Switch axe big damage move takes so long to execute that dps wise. You do more with sword mode combos.
Where as Charge blade’s is done in one single hit.
You’d think a weapon with no guard, would make up for it with mobility or defensive techniques. Switch axe says fuck that. Aggro all the time baby! Where as Charge blade has a damn shield
Switch axe has no reason to exist with charge around.

Savage Jho is way worse for Hammer. So much fucking area denial. And if you fuck up you’re in real danger. You have to iframe a bunch of his attacks.

Just finished the story for Iceborne…with help from a solo Japanese random.

We got lucky due to a clutch claw attack finisher from my longsword.

Second form is gonna catch people out for being aggressive. It’s got a lot of moves that have follow ups that can catch you if you’re not looking out for them. You think it’s done, but it’s actually still doing something.

Yeah It caught me several times that way.
But about the final boss’s gear and weapons, I heard its HBG and CB are ridiculously good!?
Having the set bonus almost gives you the same effect as the Rocksteady Mantle.
The HBG (which I’m using) has auto-reload on both Sticky 3 and Pierce 3, 450 raw, and 2 level 2 deco slots.

PSA: Not only do Garuga Greaves Beta+ have Crit Eye 2, 1 level 4 deco slot, and 2 level 1 deco slots, it is also best for thot fashion hunter, especially when combined with the Thermae layered waist.
