Brock’s entire training camp should just consist of him getting tied onto a chair with Chris Tuscherer punching him in the face repeatedly. Then when Dec 30 rolls around… unleash the beast!!
How much do you weigh? That seems very excessive.
You’re probably going to burn out very quickly if you’re just starting this off of being basically dormant (if you’ve got an extra 50 pounds to shed in 3 months, you probably weren’t exactly active)
I do 5 days a week, 30-45 mins a day of HIIT-esque training for 3 days and 2 days I do cardio (bike, running, whatever). I’ve just started again in preparation for taking training more seriously and hopefully competing again by the end of the year. I’ve lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks, and I’m not killing myself.
It has been 4 weeks of active gym work, and i saw little improvement because i stopped going to jiu jitsu for a month, i also really twisted my knee and packed 20 lbs of flub
I was a thick 220, lol i am 5’9 237 i am like a flabby fedor lol
Yeah i know i need to work harder, that’s why i started nogi 4 days a week, cardio tuesday and thurs, weights/swimming mon/wed
And fucking on friday/saturday (when im with the gf also we go biking)
All in all i gained 30 thanks to being in pain/being lazy as fuck
I went to the gym only 3 times a week mostly just lifting and 20 mins of cardio
My diet also became way shitty and i have been on a fish/poultr, brown rice, fruit and veggie thing
Also shitting a lot more now lol
Anyways i will post before and after by december lol
45 to go
This has been my routine for the past 3 weeks
Just going to the gym i packed on more muscle, so i dropped some of the heavy body builder lifting for strength training/cardio weight lifting
I am thinking of doing cardio kick boxing for the lulz
220lbs at 5’9" is pretty heavy. I was 165lbs at 5’9" this morning, and can’t imagine carrying that much weight with me. Unless you’re all muscles like Jay Cutler (not NFL player) or Flex Lewis, lol.
Focusing on cardio is a good call. Still, losing 50lbs in three months will be a pretty daunting task. I would think you will need to cut your calory intake by a lot as well if you want to achieve that, but you definitely won’t be able to handle the amount of activities you are doing now. I’m inclined to say that you’re already overworking as it is now, even if you’re on a full 6-meal diet. But I’m sure you will find a good balance somewhere. Good luck!
Oh yea, definitely. But what I meant was that the schedule he posted already sort of looked like he was overworking, even if he wasn’t cutting calories.
Right, but he could eat a little less, and just do morning workouts to not be overworked. Real talk 5lbs in two weeks is nothing, especially if over weight. With a clean diet (deficit), he can do much better.
Boogeyman, I would suggest checking out some kind of calorie calculator. They are just estimates, but a good way to sort of eyeball what you eat to help you reach your weight loss goal.
It’s due to diet and having a sedatary job i am tied to my desk all day and since starting here i have ballooned up 30 lbs.
So i have an appointment with my doctor on monday and i already bought a Jack Lelane juice extruder and plan on supplimenting 2 of my 3 meals with juice and protein as well as keeping my between meal intake to whole veggies and protein.
Mostly it’s getting my head back into training after 10 hour days.
So we’re trying to buy more expensive seats now (since there’s still some available) and want to split costs across two cards, and they’re telling me I can’t do it. Fuck, man, I’m not destined to go to this event.
OMG whatever don’t be mad cause I saw the Geyhard Moshasi hype fail train and laughed at the idiots on it.
Oh and the Tuf noob comment are tired as hell you have nothing for me and can’t prove me wrong NEXT!!!
On topic: Brock versus Reem will end quickly cause either brock will take him down and rape him or Reem taggs him and the internet gets another gif. I hear it will be 5 rounds…it ain’t gonna go 5 rounds, it might not go 2 rounds lmao
This is right I had to tell my friend this earlier Brock is the UFC undisputed champion of PPV buys. Every Brock fight unless he starts losing everytime should be on PPV.
