Pablo, do you at least notice the mistakes you made? Maybe your boys who saw the match could hit you with some tips. How long have you been doing BJJ or grappling? Losing always sucks but just don’t get caught by the same mistake again and learn from it. They might have gotten the better of you then, but hell who knows what level you’ll be at in the future.
