I think its more of the bigger frame asians… the lighter weight ones do…
But… Vitor exposes himself a lot to capatlize on speed… a good focus cancel or CROSS COUuNTER would work
Best advice from me to him woulda been to try n counter while he was blocking
The fights were pretty good…
BUT BWW took away my fav menu item… they re-did the menu and got rid of what was a glorious meal… it was like a giant flatbread folded in half stuffed with mounds of food.
That sounds more like the kind of advice Tito could’ve used. There was a whole minute when Evans was just using Tito as a training dummy to box against and I was just thinking “Uhh now would be a good time to counter…”
My only advice to Akiyama is to either retire or move back to one of the asian fight organizations so he can remain relevant enough to do commercials for asian viagra or something.
Matt Hamil retired. Sucks… but to be honest he wasnt really going anywhere though. Still… not everyones cut out to be champ and he would have still made money to provide for his family + gatekeeper status i guess =(
Not to say he won’t be able to support his family, but meh…
Too bad Zaromskis could pull out the raging demon on Nick Diaz. :bluu: But he does have one of the sickest head kick KO in MMA. He kicked Jason High so hard that High went 5-1 in his last six fights. I would love a gif of that KO too.
Deus you know this because you’ve played OH SO MANY cosplay players… ?
I play 3S Shin Shoryu Ryu, don’t use Hadoukens, cosplay him to the fullest. I beat a few “pros” with my main. Sure, not ALL cosplayers are dedicated to the gameplay. But that’s like saying Barney is a show for kids. I’m sure you’ve played SO many cosplayers. You probably lost to one of the basic ones and kept that in your chest.
What a waste of fuckin forum space. Bitch ass Troll.
lol only place you see cosplaying sf people are anime cons…and they dont exactly bring out the best comp from the area unless its a big con like otakon.
ive played against PLENTY OF COSPLAYERS. ive been to anime expo here in los angeles a few times long ago. they used to bring all the arcade cabs from cal poly to AX and have an “arcade room” there. AX is a big con. i actually only really went cuz my friends were into anime, i just chilled there an streaked on the cab. so yeah i’ve played plenty of cosplayers.
man did i love making the cosplayers walk away looking real real sad. =] L2P!!!
honestly, dont doubt my play. i know how to fucking play.
there was actually a few dudes taping me BEASTING HARD in cvs2, but i guess that footage will never see the light of day cuz those were just random guys with a video camera. crazy ass footage including me going crazy and uses geese RUN to go under sagats s. fierce and hit him with a FUCKING COMBO. goddamn that felt slick as shit.
ive beaten a few pros too in my day. evo2004 i finished first in my pool beating future east coast top player nestor and cvs2 evo dvd highlighted norcal top player mikey rashphone. i remember that cuz it was my first evo. i then lost to eddie lee in winners bracket and (i think) lifetimeboy in losers. i also beat gene wong in tourney at evo (side tourney). he was in the top 8 for cvs2 the same year i beat him.
oh and my biggest win streak in cvs2 was a 101 straight wins. it ended cuz all the other guys ran out of quarters. freal. machine was 50cents a play.
protip: cvs2 win counter only goes up to 99
as a player, i knew the names and faces of everyone in socal that could beat me in cvs2. if some random dude played me and i didnt know him, i’d win. well for the most part. anyways thats how its played out. im sure theres some people i dont know of that can beat me, but over my time as a serious player, that wasnt the case. basically if i didnt know the guy, i’d know my chances of winning were very very high. maybe if i had played more randomly in san bernardino/riverside i would have come across more randoms? i dont know.
Yeah SF cosplay is already rare, despite what internet memes might say, so does one really expect them to be that great with those odds?
Deus: Hahaha don’t tell me you went to anime expo so you could style on cosplay players. That is great that you like to play cvs2, congrats on your streak so happy for you. But really dude what did you expect? Most cosplay players aren’t that good (most aren’t there to try to play you “pros,”) isn’t that fairly obvious. Did you really need to bring that up in the … MMA thread?? I love talking to anybody who has incredible skill at the SF games, but really don’t you think there’s a reason people think you’re trolling?.. Have some gaddamn respect and maybe people will respect you.
Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait, so you’re not just boasting about beating con scrubs in the MMA thread, you’re doing it over a game that had ROLL CANCEL?
If this was 5 years ago, I would actually care about CvS2. And Comic-Con is heavy with cosplay shenanigans. A guy dressed up as Deadpool actually doing decent on UMvC3? Blasphemy.
So back onto MMA, anybody see this trailer for UFC 134? Its better than 95% of the shit the UFC made.
