You may want to stay away from bjj. Unless its some gym where they go super light at 10% you could do it, but if you got heart problems you will have issues. Just because you are on the ground it doesn’t mean its easier by any means. If anything the sport is more difficult because you use limbs/core in some ridiculous ways. I can’t tell you how many times I have come close to puking my guts out after training. IMO someone with your condition should really take it easy. Bball is great I would stick with that. Just my opinion after reading up on that condition.
Or, you could just say fuck it. All gyms make you sign a waiver in case you die on the mats.

I was trying to get the $300 seats all morning and failed miserably. Then I just tried to get ANY seat and it wasn’t finding any at all! Then luckily my buddy got some tickets that he was gonna scalp yesterday and is giving them to me at the same price 
Im gonna be in section 114 row 29 (the $225) not the seats i wanted to buy but at least ill be there. Im gonna get some Opera spectacles for that shit.
