He had missile assist and orbital grudge. Quasidomo is one slippery mofo. He’s ok with running away and fishing for hits. It makes for a fun game though. He doesn’t play x23 like most other x23 players.
Just apply pressure and Snap X-23 out and get doom in and kill him. Once you kill Doom; the match is so absurdly in your favour it’s ridiculous. Skrull or X-23 on anchor are highly in Jill’s favour since they both have a hard time approaching her safely.
Get your somersault feints down so if you whiff one you don’t get attacked.
So how should a somersault feint look like? I’ve done it before where it sounds like she goes “SS- Somersault!” But when I do it that way, the first somersault doesn’t hit, and it doesn’t seem like I get any invincibility from it either. If I wait for it to become active, and if it happens to connect, I don’t know what I should do in that case. I suppose I can go into roundhouse.
If somersault hits, most of the time you can do Jump Cancel, Air H, Air S , Reverse Roundhouse, Flip Kick, Somersault, Jumping Roundhouse, FC,FD, FC, Somersault, Cartwheel, Somersault, MGS - does like 680 - 710 k , It is very useful

Somersault feints have a lot of leeway. You’re canceling first frame, so you’re not getting the invincibility. Delay it a bit. As long as you get Jill DOING the somersault on the ground before her upward arc you should retain the invincibility and be able to feint it.

c.H > arrow kick > options - works no matter the length of the combo
c.H, b.H > flip > feral cancel > options - works early when flip kick still causes soft knockdown
Find the ones that work for you. Remember that you need to call assists during this time because she’s super unsafe even though you’re probably on the other side. Doom can OS launch / throw you. If you get people scared, you don’t need them as much. Also, test your resets on forward and back tech, you’ll need them to work for both, or have ones you go to for when either happens.
I thought the same thing! I sincerely found it funny the DKD as a incoming mixup! It’s like a Dive Kick, not scary at all. In the end, ChrisG deserved it! Wind demonstrated a desperate way of playing Jill, with the poor combo options ever.
And I seriously thought I was the only one who was disgusted with his jill… I was ready to puke when he did H Knee Drop directly in front of Incoming Vergil… And the worse part about it that entire set was everybody in the stream chat going “DAT JILL”
