okay, heres the summary as i promised.

air knee drop is an overhead. m and h versions have enough frame advantage to be able to link into mediums afterwards. i cant seem to link anything after the l knee drop. l version is the fastest and h the slowest. all versions can be tiger kneed. think x-23’s d+h but slower startup. when ending air combos with knee drop, it causes an unrecoverable knockdown state.

dp+ h is her command throw. TONS of range but has like 10 frames of startup. shes able to link into l afterwards but the timing is strict/tricky.

somersault kick is indeed jump cancellable and can only be done off feral crouch. its her y assist. i’m sure it has no invincibility as an assist like every anti air assist in the game minus haggars. your jump cancel ability is put to test in mission 7.

bruce lee kick (arrow kick) causes wall bounce and able to attack afterwards in mid air. you can land before your opponent and that makes for some tricky resets. or combo into ground normals into launcher into etc. this is her a assist

cartwheel kick ground bounces opponent and also puts her into feral crouch. this is her b assist.

gun spray super sucks. otgs for like one hit but everything else gets blocked.

dive kick super does not otg nor does it work in the air :wtf:

mad beast level 3 i still havent played around with much. but as i said before, its like bangs powerup super which is lame.

forward + h is an overhead and ends with her in feral crouch.

back + h is her reverse roundhouse

you can chain 2 m together on the ground, so either m, d+m or d+m, m. you can’t d+m or m twice, one has to be a low.

dp+ l = low trip into knee drop. otgs.

dp+ m is an arm flip using her legs. its not a throw but it causes an unrecoverable knockdown state. you can dash in quickly and do her dp+l move.

diagonals during feral crouch is very very tricky and unforgiving. if you hit up or forward by accident when trying to go diagonal uf or ub, you’ll get up or forward.

launcher/ s button has very little range. good luck hitting that without using d+h first.

her taunt is when the red device on her chest glows and she writhes in agony for a second.

same with her tag in taunt.

her air descending animation has her look like shes diving down in mid air.

Thank you so much. I’m glad that her Double Knee Drop is both tiger knee-able and a true overhead. There are so many divekicks that aren’t overheads in this game. Good thing that her throw has nice range, I wonder if she has any kara throws, should work well with assists. Really disappointing that her Gun Spary doesn’t even OTGs properly, but it might be one of the unfinished moves, hopefully it is fixed when the full version is released.

I understand that you didn’t have much time to test it, but did her Somersault felt like a good non invincible AAA (Shoryuken, Shadow Blade), or a bad one (the rest of them)?

LATE EDIT: Flip Kick (:qcf:+:l:) is the only special you omitted, have anything to say about it?

she looks cheap as fuck. i like. good thing that speed up super is lvl3. its gonna be funny watching ppl get dizzy trying to keep track of what she’s doing.

Thanks for the info Ouroborus! Raven Spike (dive kick super) is only going to be used in combos and you’ll probably are better off saving for Mad Beast (Level 3).

Dunno about you guys, but i think Jill’s gun super is actually made 100% for anti-air uses.

I was thinking that too since it appears to hit behind in a large area.

Something tells me thart Jill would make a good battery character. Just guessing of my part, but I hope that I’m right on this one lol

If her hypers, save the Level 3, are “meh”, mostly of her damage would come from resets and her infinites - at least, according with the guide.

One of her infinites is a one frame link though. We’ll probably find more, but Raven Spike seems to do good damage.

I think that will worth the effort :3 - I’m pretty hyped about Jill lol
