I thought that was more of a shot at Claire than Chris.
ALL of the alternate colors have been texture swaps so far. Marvel hasn’t gotten anything more than Capcom on that front. Marvel just has more viable, easy to implement costume swaps. Like War Machine on Iron Man. Model is exactly the same. War Machine is just a new texture with a different eye glow. Same for X-Force Wolverine. Same for all of Spider-Man’s outfits. Same for Fantastic 4 She-Hulk.
In short, no one has model swaps for alternates, and Capcom characters can have special outfits that reference other characters just as well as Marvel (like Zero’s MegaMan X costume). I’ll pay for special costumes though, and I think Capcom knows this. I’ll do anything to get dreadlock Spencer out of my life, and I’d like RPD outfits for all of the RE cast.
All I know is she will be mained no matter what style she brings.

Yup! Theme could easily be adapted for this game like Wesker’s.
I would’ve suggested a Sheva costume for Jill but now thinking about it (with Sambo, and Blackface) idk

If they made an Alice costumes, they’d be giving the ultimate want to the people. The ability to kick the crap out of Milla Jovovich for ruining RE on the big screen.
I thought the [media=youtube]Jf3_r-G5V9Y"[/media] music would be better for Jill, personally. The “Two on two” song is cool and all, but it’s just as much Wesker’s as it is Jill’s. The theme for the one on one battle (I guess one on two technically) is the actual theme of Jill for RE5. I’m thinking they’d use that one.
For alts (if Capcom decides to go down that route), I’m hoping for RE3 Jill costume. Nothing says “Zombie Apocolypse” like a mini skirt and tube top…

other than that, she seems lacking in the moves department compared to wesker and chris.
wesker got all the matrix teleporting shit, cobra strike and the samurai edge. chris has boulder punches, haymakers, tazers, shotguns, magnums and the motherfuckin linear launcher.
what are they gonna give jill? a lockpick? 
i highly doubt she’ll have as much weapons as chris and i highly doubt she’ll be as agile as wesker.
My friend gets Magneto, I get Jill Valentine. Fan Service indeed! I hope she’s meaner faster and stronger! I remember them mention that Tyrant’s body is too gooey for this game, but maybe they figured out a fix.

I honestly hope the give her an entire new moveset for this game. I always thought her MvC2 set was a little…comical.
