I thought it was a brushpen, it seemed not quite “full-brush” to me. I’m lousy with inking, always looking to get better.
Anyway, good stuff indeed. Will be checking it out on a weekly basis from now on. Good luck with getting it run in the papers. I’d had the whole spiel from the syndication run in front of me… damn, a decade ago almost… what they had in mind wasn’t interesting enough, so no strip from me.
I sent two people on here e-mail’s concerning the comic idea I want to do, if they agree, then in the future I could possibly have a full “prototype” comic on here for you guys to enjoy and discuss. I’ve never had an established goal in life, and once I got a “Hey you know this could be your thing…” kind of speech from an english teacher I began working hard on it. Hell, I’m going back to school later this year so I can attend college to get a degree in writing (If I could hit it big without that it’d be awesome…). So far I (roughly) have the characters, setting, and storylines for my first few arc’s.
Once I get confirmation I’ll start posting scripts and ideas I have. I really have no worry over “stealing” since I have information on this from years back, dated and all plus an entry into a school writing contest. Even if they did it wouldn’t match mine, they’d have some lovely looking characters though lol.
