I thought Alex looked like she had a smidgen of Downs Syndrome (turns out she’s just French) before but then she looks hot in Still Waiting. It’s probably the hair.
We can only assume they disappear right after the Kid Ben incident and Ben never knew them. It’s the only thing that makes sense, and, let’s face it, this show makes sense. They even confirmed the Horus thing on Wednesday! Thanks, J.J. Abrams!
It’s likely Ben forgot the incidents leading up to his shooting. He still has all his past memories. His dad has been abusive for a long time.
I don’t think you quite understand. Ben didn’t recognize any of the 815 survivors as Dharma employees AFTER the shooting, and it’s obvious he went back to the camp afterwards. What people find is strange is that he remembers none of them. Then I speculated that this is because… well, you can just read the above post.
I am thinking that Juliet is the only one that Ben will ultimately remember, but even then it will be hazy. I mean who remembers the faces of people you meet when you are a kid into your 40s?

hey, this is a stretch and, i dont think this will happen. But how cool would it be if through a series of unlikely events Desmonds kid charlie ends up being “charlie”. Desmond names his kid after his friend who is his kid. yeah, pretty unlikely but it i the kind of shit they like doing in this show.
I don’t see how that would work, when Charlie and Desmond/Penny are from the same period in time. We know alot about Charlie’s past aswell, remember he had a brother that got him hooked on heroin.
Hence the “this is a stretch and I don’t think this will happen”. Now we know more about the smoke monster. Now if the show would tell me a little about jacob, I’d be content.

What I want to know is what motivates the smoke. It obviously ‘judges’, but judges in relation to what? The french explorers didnt seem like terrible people. Ben has murdered more people then the first chick that was killed in the french crew. so is it judging based on certain criteria? i want to know the specifics of that.
