You stated that other characters have died with no flashbacks and that libby would not be the first.
Okay… fine. Several non-regular guest stars don’t have flashback episodes. (Arzt, the Pilot, the other 200 people who died in the crash). But that’s not who we’re talking about.
When I stated Libby being the first character killed (if she is dead) without having a flashback episode… it should be obvious that we’re only talking about the Regular cast. If you can’t read that off the bat, then I’m not sure what else to tell you other than… your common sense needs some work.
Anyhow, some other notes from last night’s episode. We find out that Jack has a half-sister from Australia. Of course this brings up the possibility that Claire could be Jack’s half sister.
Was watching Good Morning America today and they talked to AL (dumb bitch lol) but yeah, they showed a deleted scene w/Libby and Jabba jogging on the beach talking about what they miss, and then Libby says she’ll “brb” and then heads off to the hatch to get shot.
As an excuse of an answer, MR said she wanted off the show around May. I guess the sound of doing comic cons and being associated with lost for the rest of her life is not appealing as it used to be.
LOL The way tonight’s ep started, I was like “First Mike, and now Eko?! I KNEW it!! We can’t go a month without consuming some form of chicken or we’ll become homicidally insane! Wait 'til Scientific American gets a load of this…” Seriously though…if Libby talks, Michael is fucked. We’re talking trying-to-block-lvl3-Shinku-Tatsumaki-senpukyaku-with-0.1%-health-in-the-corner fucked.
Well, Libby did talk…sort of. It looks like Sayid has got Mikey figured out, though, I don’t see that little charade lasting much longer. I like how Sawyer sidestepped telling Kate he banged Ana then lost his piece…then ended up as the comforting shoulder. Since they capped Libby he only needs to notch Sun and Claire along with Kate to be Grand Lost Isle Pimp Daddy.
Last week when he shot Ana Lucia, I was “YEAH! Hell yeah, you my BOY!! You-Mike shoots Libby

I wanted Ana to die at the beginning of the season, but at the start of last episode… I found her attractive. Which made her dying that episode some hard for me.
Libby getting capped was just fucked up for Hurley. I wonder if they really did kill them off because of the DUI fiasco. I mean the title of the episode and them getting offed when there was still story telling potential is just fucked.
I loved Mike now I want his ass dead. Damn these writers, how can they be so fucking GOOD.
Also Psychic Dreams are top tier on the island. They beasted the hell out of Church building Eko in like five minutes.
The only thng that really sux is that libby was in the psyc ward with hurley, now she’s dead…so what was that whole episode about her and hurley about. Just filler on a tv show. That’s pretty lame, they better explain something.
If they had plans for Libby’s character and she’s gone because of trouble with the law, that’s not the writers’ fault. Most everyone that dies there comes back in some fashion eventually so I doubt we’ve seen the very last of her…unless she flipped off the whole producer’s board or somesuch when she GGPO’d.
So the hatch is meant for nothing, just some psych experiment to see if people can be trained to do something without a reason (other than being told). In the orientation video the bearded dude was in there, the dont cross this line guy.
So I guess the hatcehs are the Dharma’s crazy experiment, and now reason for the others (who seem to be dharma imo) and their craziness is still to be explained.

I think that might actually be a fake out.
They don’t mention the experiment details and the fact that Eko had a dream telling him the importance of Locke’s work makes me think there is something more to this than has been revealed.
Part of me is thinking that if they stop doing the button thing is related to the whole island virus thing all the others keep talking about.
So if the hatch and the button are BS…why does Mr. Echo insist that they keep on pressing the button?
Oh, and Locke has gone from the zen master to a puppet this season. His line “the island demanded a sacrifice” was totally off…he fucked up. When Boone climed up to where the plane was, he was supposed to see the question mark, but they were too focused on the actual plane…
My favorite part of the episode is when Mr. Echo" stun gun headbutts" Locke right the fuck out!

I watched the torrent so that s why I had no idea about any of this shit. I think Lost is trying to take over the world. It’s more than just a TV show now.
That ad aired during last week’s too, I just never checked it out.
And the bearded guy in the Dharma vid was not Jethro/Swamp Thing, it looked a HELL of a lot like the guy George Romero used in Dawn of the Dead/The Crazies.
