I loved how it seemed like Henry or whoever knew exactly how to play Locke.
Meanwhile, it looks like Charlie and Eko are trying to build a little salvation on the island. I wonder how that shit will turn out.
Yeah. Today’s episode was pretty much filler garbage.
Michael was fairly obvious. Locke is finally over his Hatch obsession so that’s a good thing. Maybe we’ll actually see what happens when no one pushes the button.
Preview for next week’s looks really good… especially with Gale choking Ana Lucia. I hate that bitch.
As much as I hate Ana Lucia, I’d rather see Henry Gale get his shit bashed in than him figure a way out of his jail cell. I hope Michael leads the lost camp back to the ‘others’ and they fuck up the whole lot of them. It would be some good TV, too bad we wont see a new ep till May. ;l

I wouldnt call it a filter episode. This was the first in a long time that we didnt get any more questions or answers that needed more explaining.
Also, we see that the island may have an healing effect on that lady’s cancer as well as the guy with one kidney’s physical shape.
(remember the last scene where he was in a wheelchair?)
This wasn’t exactly a first, but it was definitely reinforcement of the island’s good juju(the first being Locke’s miracle recovery in season 1 and more recently Sun’s conception).
If anyone dies I want it to be Charlie. Dude has been grating on my nerves since episode one and needs to go the way of Boone and his bitch sister.
Anyways, Mike’s return is no big surprise to anyone, but I think his whole deal with “The Other’s are defenseless!” is complete misinformation. Ethan was no joke and from the looks of the next episode I’m guessing Henry isn’t either, chances are they may be a bit more stronger/faster than your average individual.
Either way next episode is looking to be good.
Personally I prefer the episodes that answer a few questions but raise a few other questions. The Locke-centric episode with the Blast Door map is one of my favorites this season as was the one with the discovery of the Medical station hatch.
We already know the island has a healing effect. We knew this since episode 3 of season 1 where we learned Locke was paralyzed before he came to the island. It was reinforced in season 2 where Jin was not able to make any babies before he came to the island. Rose having her cancer cured wasn’t too surprising seeing as how we already know the island has some sort of healing effects from 2 previous episodes. We don’t need to have it reinforced again. Also, why we getting flashbacks of Rose and Bernard now? These two aren’t even part of the regular cast and are listed as guest stars.
I guess I called this episode filler because it didn’t advance the main story and basically reinforced things we already knew about.
Shit, I thought Isaac of Uluru was gonna turn out to be Capt. Picard and do some mind meld shit hahah.
We haven’t seen Desmon in a while, I wonder when we’ll see him again…

I sort of saw it as a filler and a half episode.
Basically some threads have been picked at but not fully detailed. What we learn is…
-Micheal returns to the fold
-Kate didn’t tell Jack about the medical hatch because he has been acting all emo.
-Jack still wants to tap that ass.
-Locke gets over the hatch obession and possibily moves onto discovering the island.
-Another example of the island’s healing shit
-We find out what Eko and Charlie have been doing
-It displays a truth about how everyone essentially have given up on leaving the island, themselves.
Overall there are threads that will probably be picked up on later and I agree Micheal in the preview sounds like he is still on that crazy ‘get my boy back’ tip that he was on when he ran off by himself… the second time.
Did they actually fire the kid that plays Walt or what?
Pretty much everybody has had a couple turns on the ol’ flashback wheel by now, and while interesting shit continually pops up for us to learn, with the last episode something that had been eluding me sort of clicked home: All of the survivors(not including extras)had more or less shitty lives that may not even be worth going back to even in the event of a rescue. Or at least the island gives them something precious that they couldn’t have back in the normal world.
I think the deal with Walt was that he was aging too fast for the production run. Years are going by yet only 2 months have elapsed on the island. With the nature of the show they could eventually bring him back and write off his aging as result of what the Others are doing with him/more island juju/etc.

Man the Tailies got it rough tonight…2 in one episode, that’s harsh…and from the looks of it, next week Eko might get the hook as well(or at least crippled). At least Sawyer got some, poor Hurley never got to tap Libbs. It seems like the flashback connect the dots gets rolling more as time goes by as well.
And wtf with Mike?! I knew he was bs-ing about the Others, but getting Henry out and killing 2 women at the same time…all he needed to reign supreme was push Kate down a flight of stairs.
Damnit I’m sorry but Michale needs to die now, right now. He’s SO repetitive/annoying.
BTW, did anyone call the Hanzo organization? 
Reason why ana lucia and libby were killed:
the two actresses were arrested for driving under the influence earlier this year.
This was a great episode. I can’t wait for the last batch of eps of season 2.
WHAT THE. it look like micheal shot himself . probably to make it seem as henry done it. I didnt expect none of that.
Also, that wasnt the reason why ana and libby were killed. ana only signed a yr contract and they were planning on killin her at the end of the season. And it doesnt show that libby dies. The lady who plays Libby also gonna be in another show so dont know.We will see what happen next episode.

Yes they are rumors… but it makes a lot of sense. Why did they kill not just Ana Lucia… but Libby as well? Libby hasn’t even had her own flashback episode yet. My best guess is because they were both arrested.
The producers said that’s not the reason. And other characters have died with no flashbacks. libby (if she is dead which I doubt) would not be the first.
Producers can say a lot of things just to maintain their reputation though. Also you’re wrong about Libby not being the first regular character to die without a flashback. Which other regular character has died without having a flashback yet? Boone, Shannon and Ana Lucia all had flashback episodes. If Libby does die… she would be the first regular character that has died without a flashback.
Yeah, I can’t say Libby is dead for sure. If she is not dead… then I’m guessing that she’ll be comatose for a few episodes. Then she’ll wake up and reveal to everyone that it was Michael who shot her and Ana Lucia. Then she’ll die and go on to her new show in the fall.
