better than that episode for sure.
Had to say what? That the BSG finale was utter shit? People have been saying that since it aired.
I still don’t see how Lost’s can be that bad.
yup, the prisoner rocked until the final episode.
that final episode is the reason why LSD was declared and illegal and harmful substance.
thanx pat,…for dropping a tab right before writing out that final episode.
Lost has been going down the BSG path ALL season long. They’ve been going the total opposite direction they were going the previous 5 years. the show isn’t even “about” anything now. It’s just a clusterfuck of nothing.
About last night’s episode:
I’m imagining like what things would be like if there were no protectors for the island; the world would be full of smoke monsters destroying the planet LOL.
Finding out why Jacob and MIB differ so drastically in their views was my favorite thing about the episode. Seeing how their stepmother tricked them both into becoming slaves to the island was very interesting as well.
Finding out how people become smoke monsters, and there was a smoke monster before MIB became one, etc, man there were WAY more questions answered in this episode than most. I liked that a lot.
Yeah, it’s sad that there are just a little over 3 hours left, for reals.
Witness the difference between 24 and 30…
As long as the creators wanted us to feel after last night that MIB was justified in all of his actions during that episode, and they have a plan to explain why even after all that we should be on Jacob’s and the candidates side, then I say bring it on. Otherwise I have no idea wtf is going on in their heads
I think LOST is going to end like that. We’re going to get views on both sides and have to discuss which is the right side to be on.
Who knows what they are thinking since they keep inventing stupid plot devices to advance the story anyway.
I actually like the thought of that.
Yeah, I’m positive that didn’t happen. It was the kid’s real mother who appeared to them, not the fake one. Everyone can see Smokey when he takes on the forms of others and Jacob could not see his mother.
Can anyone think of a reason why Sawyer could see the image of him as a kid as well? I mean, he is technically dead, isn’t he? Does that make Sawyer the most likely candidate? People DO actually see Ghosts on the island, so do you think Smokey was lying when he told Jack that he was posing as his father? If so, what reason would he have to tell John Locke “tell my son I said hello”? None of shit makes any goddamned sense, and I won’t ever have answers. Smokey is dead, we know this. So whatever he is NOW must be something different. He took the form of John Locke to get Ben to Kill Jacob because he couldn’t. Jacob’s body mysteriously disappeared afterward and he never did the whole “now you are like me” thing with someone. We know that the island is an entity in and of itself, but we don’t know in which respect that’s true. If the core of the island really IS life, how does one explain the magnetism? Why does Desmond matter so much to Smokey? Is it because he’s immune to “electromagnetism”, and that seems to be whats actually at the core of the island?
I STILL think island is a spaceship or some shit. Also, the last episode didn’t at ALL mention all of the Egyptian part of things, nor did it give us any solid clues as to date Jacob and Smokey’s mother arrived on the island. Head… hurts…
I do feel bad for MIB. He reacted the same way 98 percent of people would react if they were put through the same bullshit crazy fake mama put him through. Dude just wanted to get the fuck outta dodge, but Jacob, being the mama’s boy whiny douche bag he is, pretty much put a stop to that.
Oh and this proves yet again that women are pretty much the root of all evil.
btw the man we’ve been seeing every episode by this one isn’t the same guy we’ve been calling the man in black all season right
like the guy who got thrown into the water who wanted off the island is dead, the guy we’ve been seeing every other episode is just the smoke monster using his body as a vessel right?
that’s what I got from it sig, but that opens up even more questions, throws us into more confusion, and further separates us emotionally from the characters we have been following
wait i just thought
was the light in the cave the same light from marcelle wallis briefcase?
No, it’s not using his body as a vessel. It doesn’t use any of the bodies it just copies their form/personalities. It’s using their identities, but not their bodies.
So how do u explain him getting a hold of John Locke’s body.
