Sorry they don’t belong to me, their Clayton’s. I’m just doing the powder coating. The photo’s are just for updates on progress. I just figured I would share with everyone.

Hmm…right now I’m looking to maybe do bulk order’s. If me and Clayton work something out after this test run if so I can contact you and it can be done while I’m doing the order. Its pain as it is doing these test runs swapping out colors. If you get even a speck of different powder in the mix you blow your whole load and not in the good kind of way :wgrin:
Yeah we’ll have to come up with something after these tests. They look really nice and I hope that the individual pieces come out well and the functionality isn’t compromised (voids in the powder coat in critical spots, etc). If that happens I can imagine some really great creativity can come to life in regards to colors.
I just keep thinking themed sticks, like a Joker stick with a green collar and purple shaft or something.
Maybe a gold one for the TE’s given during EVO.
Phreak are you going to be at GGA or NickelCity anytime soon and have any of these to sell?
Whenever I come to GGA I’ve got a few of them on hand to sell, and always make a post about it before coming out.
I’ll try to make it out next week, but depending on how this Saturday is looking I might be down for Nickels though… we’ll see. The woman will be out so I may head that way to go to nickels and run some errands in Northbrook. I’ll post up in the Chicago thread about it either way

There are endless possibilities they even have additives for glow in the dark
FUUUUUU, glow in the dark would be sick for gatherings where the light is usually low.
I don’t suppose you have a sample of that additive you can do one of the testers with could you?
haha…nah I wish. I would have to make sure decent amount of people were really interested. It would have to be down the road sometime. I would have to do some testing of the stuff, its about three times as much as normal powder and its just an additive.
Hey Rosser, I know this is probably a silly thing to ask, but is there any chance that the occasional hand sweat could wear off the coating over time?
No sir, not a silly question. Powder coating is about the most durable coating available.Its about two to three times stronger than standard paint. Powder coating is used for outside gate handles,automotive body frames,auto springs,grills and a lot of other stuff. So unless your glands produce some sort acidic substance it should be fine for the long haul.
+1 for Glow in the Dark powder coating.
