The Lili Combo Thread

You can get two angel knees when lili gets tagged in? I coulda sworn you only get one into cr.Hp, sunflower lance

What you do is launcher, switch cancel, airthrow, for maximum swag

On some switch cancels lili can get 2 lk angel knees, but on a launcher she can only get 1 unless you do ex.

Ah, I see. Yeah, I’ve been trying to do 2 after the launcher and it doesn’t work. The best I can come up with is LK AK, cr.HP, LK Sunflower Lance.

can you link cr.mp into cr.hp?

also is there a non-ex (confirmable combo ending) move that lili can use, outside of her launcher to get her partner in (via a tag cancel) that will juggle, or allow the partner to continue with a full combo themselves.

because surely wasting two meters (ex and tag cancel) is not worth the extra damage, esp if you can confirm into your launcher instead right?

There’s df+hk that will juggle but it also goes over crouching characters. I don’t know if you can link it to anything that would force a standing pose on a crouching opponent.

Oh wait I misunderstood the question. Sorry. Try Sunflower Lance, I think the last hit is actually a ground bounce? Edit: This doesn’t work, do lk angel knee, cr.hp xx mk/hk angel knee xx tag.

My teammate is Raven so there’s no reason to not do a launcher combo unless Raven is bleeding.

Lili was one of my side charas in T6 so started to see how she felt in SFxT. heres some stuff I did for fun. Her heavy languish was cool in Tekken I like way it functions here too.

I’ve got a few tag combo’s going from Ken to Lili

1 Bar: j.HK, cl.HK, h.Tatsu, Tag to Lili, Fiesty rabbit, Rabbit thorn , l.Angel knee, st.HP, Sunflower Lance. 504dmg

3 Bars: j.HK, cl.HK, h.Tatsu, Tag to Lili, Fiesty rabbit, Rabbit thorn, l.Angel knee, st.HP, H.Dendrobium, Super. 621dmg

and my favourote combo because it just looks awesome

2 Bars: j.HK, cl.HK, h.Tatsu, Tag to Lili, j.HK, st.HP, EX Dendrobium, Submissive Heel, cr.MP, Sunflower lance. 528dmg

That combo uses 3 bars - 1 for tag and 2 for super. I don’t know if you end with a bar though.

Lol yeah you’re right, its supposed to say 3 bars, i’ll hit the edit button in a sec xD left with around two thirds of a bar when its done. Looks cool as shit though!

What’s Lili’s best punish combos, IE against an unsafe but mid-ranged launcher, or a Shoryuken-like move that lands an opponent at bay? I BELIEVE cr.HP xx LK AK into stuff is the best punish up close, but from afar I’m not sure and have been trying to just use cr.MK xx stuff.

If you’re really out of range, you can use f+ MK, MP, and link into whatever. Since it’s a punish, they’re probably standing, so you can link whatever–cr.MP, st.LP, whatever.

So I came up with one that’s easy, but I don’t know how practical it is:

cr.hp, lk angel knee, lk angel knee, cr.hp, ex sunflower lance, wind up spear

takes all three bars, plus I don’t know how to integrate a string into the cr.hp to begin with.

So I’ve seen a lot of confirms for f+HK overhead into bedtime, but I’ve been messing around with f+HK straight into cr. MP. The link’s about as difficult with the plink, if not a bit easier, and the follow up combo does slightly more damage (355).

I’m pretty sure instead of using the super, and using a switch cancel, you can get both better positioning and damage for that meter. Using a super after 3 specials will scale really badly. You should also open up with f.mk - f.mp since it has a lot more range than the cr.hp. Another option, if you’re in the corner, is to use cr.mp which hits low. if you are applying the den pressure and manage to hit a heavy languish or cr.mp than you can go right into the bnb for max damage.
