The LET'S MAKE A SUPERGUN Thread

The board is fine.

My JAMMA harness came from here:

this jamma on awg 16 have core like awg24:)

replace them to full pinout

good quality hirose connector and hitachi awg22

you could try rewiring the harness with thicker wires and make sure that the pins on both the solder and component side are connected.

Also have you tried turning the little knob? Its a potentiometer which will increase or decrease the voltage as necessary. You could also try cleaning the contacts on the board.

If you reread what I posted I said I did adjust the knob and was still getting the same reading. Just stayed stuck on the same numbers. The board works fine with other harnesses. Pins are connected. I have the exact same harness in one of my cabs (and even used the exact PSU with it earlier while troubleshooting and it worked), so unless there just so happens to be bad wiring in this new one, I doubt it’s the wire size.

I dont see your setup
I do not know what is wrong

but I know this harness and working very poor, the voltage core is lower than awg22 (is only isolation!) and is only one single wire
cable thinner than AWG22 does not pass 1A
http://www.powerstream.com/Wire_Size.htm
CPS2 need 3,5A
it never works or wire heats up

original AWG cables is expensive
it is not possible to buy good jamma harness at this price on japan you must pay over 50,00¥, in europe on SUZO 24€.
if you want good jamma harnes buy only japan or DIY
