The Legend of Zelda thread - Ganon's bodyshop will be open for business on Nov. 20th

weapons breaking would be fine if you could save as many weapons as you wanted in links house. then it would demand that you be strategic

Upgrade your inventory slots,nigga.

meh. i already beat the game and found most of the shrines.

I would like there to be more space to store weapons in Link’s house, if only because I wanna fill it up with as many Lizalfos Tri-forked Boomerangs as possible.

I love that weapon

i just wish there was more utility from having the house.

This game is fucking amazing.

Played for a bit today. Maybe an hour or two.

I still can’t get into this game. I’m trying but I just can’t seem to get invested. What little I did bore me to near tears.

Kinniku has garbage taste.

Next.

Naw. I don’t think it’s a bad game. Not at all. A game like this would have blown my fucking mind 5-7 years ago when I was super into gaming still. Now I just don’t care and I can’t really pin point a reason to why outside of I find the game boring. Not bad, just boring.

Truth be told I find a hard time getting invested into any video game these days. Yet I still find myself buying them.

Question, should I get the game now or wait till the Switch gets back in stock first?

I am thinking of getting the game soon and spreading out the total costs.

Cool thing I noticed about Lynels, if you’re so far away they have to shoot you, and they keep missing, they’ll change their aim so the arrows rain down on you. Probably old news but still so cool.

octoroks are good parry practice.

Breath of the Wild isn’t going anywhere with all the praise it’s been getting. If you’re trying to spread costs then purchasing the game now is fine so long as you’re absolutely certain you’re purchasing a Switch. Supposedly I’ve been hearing GS got a restock so I’d imagine other retail stores got them as well.

I give it a shot with my local retailers tomorrow

Also I don’t own a Wii U and don’t have plans buying one now with the Switch here.

Ran into my first Silver Bokoblin thanks to a Blood Moon resurrecting the little shits.

Those guys can take a beating and dish it back… Definitely bring your good gear if you’re taking them on.

Also ran into Naydra again and was able to snag a scale… What does it do? Game talks about adding it to recipes, but I’m sure there’s a better use for this thing.

zora’s are hella cute in this game.

Spoiler

if you already threw the scale into the spring that one time, you’re good. There isnt anything else to do. There’s another type of scale you can get from shooting another part though that can upgrade armor

So I lost my first horse. Fell off a cliff when I was on her so I went down after her. She was safe for a bit and I mounted her, but she fell again and by the time I got down to ground level she was laying on her side, not moving. I thought about having the girl revived but then I remembered I didn’t register her. And she was only two stars or whatever.

Deflect my first Guardian laser tonight! Except it wasn’t back at the Guardian. And it totally destroyed my 40 protection Knight Shield that has been with me for a very long while now. =(

Found my third Great Fairy. Getting tired of these gold digging broads. But they need money to get power. Huh. Money = power. Nintendo, I see you.

I ran into some huge skeleton version of what I think was a Hinox during a thunder storm which made fighting him more a hassle than it needed to be. He had two weapons stuck in him, including a sick Frost Blade that I am now the proud owner of.

Beat ganon

Oh lord was that an adventure

Found Robbie’s lab, got the Ancient Arrows and killed my first Guardian. Oh the rules of the game have changed, buddy!
