Naw dude, it’s for real this time.
Second Quest is coming.
Apart from the Boss Rush mode?
I’ll believe it when I see it heh. WW had a second quest but it was just Link in new clothes and translated Hylian text. I refuse to count my chickens before they hatch.
Here ya go…before I go to bed
Recent footage is looking good. I wish there was a way to turn the whole ‘loud music note whenever you strike an enemy’ thing off though.
All this stuff I’m catching up on…I cannot fucking wait for this game and Gears 3.
CG Trailer and Miyamoto ‘demo’ footage from the Nintendo Conference
I’m sure most of you guys have seen this if you watched the conference. 4 swords footage is at 3:30 and Skyward Sword is at 6:11. Lots of good stuff shown here. Loving the fact that the Double Clawshots are making a return and quite surprised at Beedle being in this.
Legend of Zelda History Trailer with new Skyward Sword trailer
Mostly just a nostalgia trip through the zelda series but it has a new trailer at 4:50
LoZ: Skyward Sword - Upgrade System Trailer
Perhaps this will be how the Master Sword gets made?
GI also will be having some exclusive footage on their website to go with the next issue. They’ve already put up the first one showing off some of the fire area Eldin Volcano
Also I think this is the first time in game footage that you get to see the spirit of the skyward sword.
The Gaf gathered a bunch of stuff all together about the game from the trailers and from GI if you’re interested
I responding to idea of the second quest being harder tho…
Oh…He only said Second Quest is coming and then you said what you said. My bad. Dunno if it’ll be harder or not but I imagine it’ll at least still have challenge since everything is supposed to be rearranged.

It’d be nice if the second quest let you keep all your weapons and then remixed all of the dungeons so you had to use all of your weapons to get through.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but did Wind Waker have that? Thinking back, I remember random notes playing during enemy battles, but I think they may have been the sounds of those counter moves Link would do.
Link did have music notes playing whenever he was striking. It was especially there whenever you did any training with the guy who taught you the ‘Hurricane Spin’ or whatever. That spin attack was completely ridiculous.
Edit:
Man…Wind Waker has aged so gracefully overtime graphically. I wouldn’t mind at all a revisit to this style on a home console at some point in the future.
GI has 2 more vids up
this one shows some of the ways you’ll be using motion plus in the game, particularly for curving your bombs when you bowl them and dowsing.
This one shows off what the map will look like and a taste of what to expect from the Overworld. Definitely more like Wind Waker but without water.
Edit:
On another note I got my copy of GI today. Haven’t had a chance to dig into it and read the skyward sword article all the way through though.
I’m happy that there’s crafting in Skyward Sword. There hasn’t been any sort of customization options since the Oracle games. Too bad SS doesn’t have rings like those games.
So far, SS is shaping up to be the greatest Zelda game ever.
I loled at being able to use your sword as a Dowsing Machine, but it points to a big fucking X on the ground, completely defeating the point of a Dowsing Machine.
In case you didn’t already know 3DS owners. 4 Swords Adventures Anniversary Edition is up on the eshop ready for you to dl for free.
It’s now IGN’s turn to start blowing out Zelda info. They’re apparently playing a build of the game currently and will be releasing info on the game in the coming weeks.

There’s actual footage floating around on youtube of the actual opening for this game…I’m having a hard time resisting watching it. Wait for this game is killing me enough as it is.
IGN has a quick little brush up on what to expect in the opening moments…and there are no goats.
I can’t wait to hear complaints from people getting owned by simple enemies because they’re too busy trying to waggle instead of actually trying to pick when and where to attack.
This game looks amazing. Glad my last Zelda is going to most likely be totally sick.
It won’t be your last, I assure you.
For a good while it will be. I will not be buying a Wii-U or any other gimmicky bullshit piece of hardware Nintendo puts out, which cuts me off from new Content. I refuse to spend money on a gimmicky toy that will get one games worth of play a year. Waste of money.
