Most Kats (high level) I see don’t get Revolver at all, although I will admit to only seeing a handful. They go for DFG/Abyssal for straight burst damage, and just buy more pots than the average player.
That’s the way most builds are going, really. People just buy potions instead of getting early sustain more often than not (in solo lanes). I don’t really think Scarra was even deviating from his standard build that game; he just got fucked, plain and simple.
It just didn’t help that crumbz was getting shit on every time in lane, and IWillDominate was playing on full tilt
Crumbzz hasn’t been playing top lane long enough, I think, to match up well against the really hardcore aggressive top laners, or Wickd who just plays out of his mind basically every game.

Spell Vamp is useless on reworked Kat because of how her damage was spread out among different skills, most of them multi-target. Her only truly single target spell was turned into pretty much an utility spell, since it does the least damage in her combo.

I only go spellvamp on Kat in 3v3’s, if it’s 5v5 just play farmville
For the most part this is the case, but even then he was making some questionable choices that just straight up do not make sense. I know that feeling when you’re behind on cs and you really don’t want to miss out even more, but dude was at 1/3rds health trying to walk up to cs that was within Q range of Wickd with full mana full health
