Dude when I saw the character selection screen I was like “easy win for the gato, kula team.” Till I saw the actual gameplay. Gato and Kula got locked down. Sick vid; I’ve only seen set 19 but I’ll watch the others later. Good stuff, wish my friend saw that vid to see how much of a beast Kim could be if played right.:tup:

Kula/Gato has ALWAYS been beatable, which is what I’ve been saying for like 3 years or so now.

DG - i forgot which match it was but nice Duo cc reset. that makes me wonder if he were to do more resets would you end up doing more or less dmg? I have finals to study for so I don’t have the time to pop open the game and test it, let alone i would have to learn how to play Duo.
He did some crossover Duo Lon resets…and how he would get me with it is I would expect the crossover and he’d hit me with the one upfront…
More resets wouldn’t be so much less damage because its done in anticipation and counterhit, I showed him how I learnt it before Day three as you will see me using it almost like him the next and final batch of KOFXI vids I will put up between me and him…
About the cc reset, yeah more would be less damage, but he knows how and when to do it to try and screw you up and get hit, and I know this too thus I’m watching for it…

Jyazu is good character. IMO he’s not bad at all. After seeing him in action I want to give him a shot now.

Kind of a silly question, but on Ebay I’ve seen the Conquerer’s guide listed from Japan. Is this any good, in regards to combos and movelists, especially for someone who cannot read Japanese? (i tend to like having visuals, and not just text).
Better to stick to youtube and other match and combo vids. Ebay tends to rip people off with that kind of stuff and you’re not really going to see anything that you wouldn’t otherwise would’ve seen in a vid.
guardcrush should still have most of the scans up inside their archives, if you like what you see go for it

Jyazu is very underrated in this game as Shiki says…hes quite the counter for a few characters…
