hey guys umm i never really did this ggpo stuff… don’t really know how it works but i do have mostly all kof games and last blade 2 and real bout 2 in my neogeo emulator in my computer… so how would i play ggpo or 2df?
Put it in the rom folder. For GGPO go to my computer>program files>GGPO and place the roms in the folder. If there isn’t a folder create one. For 2DF you can set the rom directory. For instance you can make the directory the GGPO rom folder. 2DF will tell you how to run it from the site itself. GGPO is just installation.
Make sure you forward your ports. Also I don’t know what decides it but you may or may not be able to host on 2DF.
And seeing how you got MSN, add me and maybe we can get in some matches. I’m always up for facing new people.
I play KOF 98 and 2000. I’m done with 2002. I have 2001, 2003,99, 97 as well.

There are many versions of those roms that do not work with ggpo/2df…get my msn/AIM from HatredEdge and I’ll give you the website and we can have some games.
awesome… i heard about ggpo before but didn’t really know what it was… i’ve had these games since 01 but didn’t know they were playable online… if i knew so i would be playing kof97 and lb2 over any other games… i’ll add u guys on msn and hopefully u guys can help me set it up… and i have high speed cable so connections should be good… now i just hope my stick works on the computer… if not then that’s fine cause i’m pretty good with the keyboard… i’ll play 98, 99 and 01 too…
btw r games like breakers revenge, ninja masters, kizuna encounters, captain commando, cadillacs & dinosaurs and metal slug x on ggpo as well? if so i’ve missing out playing games i like and having forced to play stuff like soul calibur or tekken for a very long fucking time…
They are on 2df but not many play them.

I’m on 2DF ALL the time, same name I use here. All those games you can’t find players in…just come to 2DF when I’m on, and trust me, I’m on VERY frequently.
When it comes to KOF, I love old-school shit. '94, '95 and '96. I play the other stuff too, but prefer the first three games. I also like '98, but it lags like a mofo on 2DF. If you wanna see my Lucky/Rugal/O.Shermie in action though, challenge me.
Also, games like JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, AoF, FF Special, Kizuna Encounter, Waku Waku 7, any Vampire/DarkStalkers game…I’m down as ever for a round of that stuff. Just hit me up, shit needs more players.
