So like do people still play this game? It would have been nice if there was a tournament for it at GameFrog. I happen to actually like this KOF a lot. I like all the dream match KOF games. KOFXI is cool too but I still need to learn how to do combos and stuff.

Full Screen Kara-Deadly Rave post C Reppuken Hit-confirm trick-
After a Knockdown of some sorts where they cant get up etc or whatever, Throw a C Reppuken then do Far St. D and if the C reppuken hits Kara-Cancel into Deadly Rave, it will travel full screen and connect!!
Dont let the Far St. D hit though…karacancel it and yes its range is great so use this also if you sense them flinch after blocking a C Reppuken!!!

EDIT: Rogueyoshi where are you??? I also think Geeses just forward+b is an underused move because it hits twice and if you use his Far St. D and CD attack A lot many will start thinking your attacks come in sets of ones…just using forward+b by itself is a good thing to use every now and then also!

oh lord ill try but on ps2 its going to be a little bit of a chore. Those controls are terrible. But i still be pulling out Iori’s Scum Gale loops and Sayisu goodness.
Saisyu is very very easy to play as hence meaning controls wont matter AS MUCH hahaha.

try either the old orochinagi for 2k2 leona, or the srk wiki for 2k2 leona. nothing is different except her combos. she does extremely good damage, and is best used first due to her meter consumption.
bnb: close D(1 hit), rdp+k, close D, f/b+B, dm. 2 meters
You’d be better off learning 2k2 basics first…or all you gotta do is ask…you could for starts check www.gamefaqs.com and check the NeoWave section to get a lowdown of the special moves, the grooves and beginner stuff like that.
The wiki he listed above is a good link also. Matter of fact start there good idea.
When you are truly ready to learn Leona let me know I will teach you pretty much all she’s got.
And yes Rogueyoshi is right, the last part being her V-Slasher aerial DM you must use in that combo.
Shes also got a nice corner trap I can teach you.

random question… in the PS2 version after you beat Geese, do you get to have free time on him while the credits go by?
I own the arcade version, and was just curious if this was an arcade only thing. I’m guessing you can do that in the PS2 also.
