O. Shermie has some neat tricks with her kisses that are very hard to punish. Just for having ONE thing that’s good makes her leaps better than Rugal. She also has some decent combos…
Stand D was a good normal for Rugal? 
Low B was pretty good for foot games. Jump D wasn’t too shabby as a jump-in attack, either.
Yep standing d was good as well as b its was good for poking and fb believe it was good for anit air just hard to time it well.
I hate the fact that Rugal’s QCFx2+K super is useless T_T, that’s about THE COOLEST super in KoF 98 IMHO.

The kisses are way better than anything Rugal has for zoning, qcf + K (air) is a very safe, versatile move, especially from a backdash, qcb + P seems like a decent projectile / anti projectile, she can do half a bar of damage from a crossup, and more importantly, the risk / reward ratio is way better.
She has the same problem as regular Shermie: not enough abusable normals.

Okay so I’m sure we all know there’s a ton of weird unblockable glitches in KOF98, but me and Dandy J just found one while we were playing on GGPO that I’ve never seen before…
In the corner, knock them down with Mature’s CD, cancel into her FB, then do meaty CD. If you time it right, the meaty CD is unblockable. We could only get it to work on certain chars, so it might depend on wakeup speeds… has anyone ever seen this before?

Yeah, I guess he meant the Withering Surface DM, which I also coincide that it’s better than Rugal’s Dead End Screamer DM, simply because it has a lower arc and seems a bit quicker as a result (works well to sail over ground projectiles like Iori’s Yami Barai)
Big question for Rugal is what will UM do for him…
IMO just being faster and a good stand C will be enough (after all KRAUSER IS MUCH FASTER THAN RUGAL in those test-vids) and he’s BIGGER too.
well also make the B version Genocide cutter a good AA. I NEVER UNDERSTAND why SNK had to make the B version a useless AA.
low C can also use some work with regards to range… make it something like Sagat’s Crouch Fierce or something.
