The King Of Fighters 2002 Maximum Tournament

Well for anybody who cares here are the results for the KOF 2002 Tourney we had this Saturday in Huntington Park CA.

We had a max out tourney with over 32 competitors, but the cap was at 32.

1st: Francisco [huntington Park]
2nd: Fernando [Huntigton Park]
3rd: Jose [Los Angeles]

This tourney was the rebirth of the SoCal KOF community. Since we had a great turnout we will start doing this monthly. Our main goal is to keep the community alive and make it grow in order to make this game official in the EVOLUTION 05 line up. Our next tourney should be by the end of February. I strongly encourage out of towners to come, we will defenetly have at least 20 competitors in each tourney if not more, if you really want to try your skills.

Also I recorded some great footega from the tourney but I’m not really good with this transfering thig to DVD if anybody can help me to host this I’ll appreciate it

Good shit Oscar I’m glad the tourney turned out great…I will see what I can do about making the next one for sure. Can’t wait to see the footage…take care.

was this in Huntington Park Arcade? if so, i have a friend who plays kof so i can introduce him to the next tourney

Yes the underground arcade, bring them all the KOF scene is back.

Hey what up NOC it will be nice to see you in the next tourney, but you might need to practice a lot.

Also everybody please spread the word will be doing this monthly, and will get together every Saturday to play.
