As long as Yuri is actually in the game, I have a desire play it. If Mary, Vanessa, Heavy D or Tizoc were also in, I would have an absolute need to play it, but desire is good enough. I’m pretty convinced the remaining characters are just as rumored (Takuma, Vice, Hwa Jai, K’, Kula, Maxima, Dark Ash, and some boss) so hoping for more is probably out of the question. It’s a pretty reasonable cast though and most of the characters actually seem complete now.
I wish XII hadn’t screwed up the overall perception of KoF. I knew it wouldn’t be perfect, but… goddamn it was awful. And now people need to be convinced that this game won’t be nearly as bad. From just looking at it you can tell it’s not, but who would be bothered to actually look, especially since screenshots alone look almost exactly like XII.

Why is Athena still wearing a retarded generic schoolgirl outfit? One of the things that I liked about that character was how she used to get a new outift every game. It used to be QA; a guarantee that there would be at least one non-recycled sprite set with each SNK release. Now she’s been wearing the same loli outfit for over 5 years.
Benimaru used to change outfits in every game too.
