first time i heard that band was in finnland, when acdhell and me where there for a guilty gear tourney, and some guy sang a karaoke version of “happy little boozer” in hevy msta, a really famous metal karaoke bar in helsinki, lol. good memories.
First time I heard Happy Little Boozer and Beer Beer was in a Touhou fan-video, so I guess there’s some JPs out there that really like Korpiklaani, lol. I applaud.
With some of the BBC basic combo videos on youtube, is there anywhere where I can see a written version?
It sounds stupid but it helps if I can see/read the inputs. The videos are just way to fast for me, for now at least…

I just watch the videos while my emulator is up and figure it out that way, most people prolly dont want to do that tho XD.
Actually now that I look closely, the wiki does have the stuff from some of the videos.
Ill just work on that for the time being.
I’ve found some motivation to further improve the Polnareff wiki with some more advanced flashy impractical combos :lovin: A lot of Stand crush goodness and meter destroying type deals with beautiful 1-4 frame links :tup: And I might update everyone else’s wiki pages as well. Maybe add some Kakyoin things I learned and Jotaro basics that go further than 5A, 6B, 214B, jump in B (repeat). Now I just need the time

EDIT: Got out of bed tonight, and decided to throw up all the advanced combos I have found on the internet (gathered from most JJBA combo videos containing Polnareff combos) and notated them AND added them to the SRK wiki. I pray that this helps at least 1 player out there trying to learn Polnareff. I have to say, notating this stuff has actually helped me learn a few new tricks to master. Might do some more notating tomorrow. Might be busy trying to master these combos though xD Ok, good night people! Will finish up the BBC stuff tomorrow I suppose

ATG, your friend sfabeginner does tandem like I do. You said using one finger is the best way to do it, but Piano input seems easier.
doing reverse piano imo is hard, and not everybody can do it - i certainly can’t. it’s a matter of preference. there is no “best” way to do it. but using 1 finger ALWAYS works for me, and it feels natural and easy.

Just good luck - a lot of people showed up and were able to play. There were around 4 games going at a time last night. A nice difference from those dead days where I idle in the lobby hoping someone will appear and challenge me.

I think learning more characters is taking away from my Pol game. Aside from the few matches I had with hakiru and roadapple, I haven’t really been touching Polnareff much.
did the same with me but it will come back to you but its good to fininaly see you move from 2 chars to 3 now lol
