You have to unpackage it with the winrar program. It is a separate program from GGPO but it uses the same emulator, FBA. After you unpackage it with winrar, you open the folder and activate fba.exe This will open the emulator menu. In the top left you hit “game” and then you hit “load game”. Another menu will pop up and you scroll down until you see Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, and double click it. If everything works fine it should start up and all you need to do then is configure your buttons.

In retrospect, putting up a file that says “jojo cheats.rar” does seem suspicious. Sorry about that, but this has everything you will need. Ask again if you have any more questions.

i opened it with fba but the characters have normal health. Do i have to do a cheat search or something?

God, I like this game, though the PSX version did kind of suck I still liked that game, the OVA is also a top notch series (and let´s not mention the abriged series on youtube)

Lol yea the series is great. The game is also really good too. You can still play it on GGPO, the room is usually dead though :frowning: but sometimes people pop in, like me lol.

Been playing the game again, definitely want to get better with this game. Have to re-unlock the characters again, because I accidentally saved before I loaded my game.

Cause you have the cd version downloaded too. Both jojoba.zip and jojobane.zip.

Been playing a little Supercade and drifted onto Jojo’s

The best ‘combo’ I could find with Dio was:

j.A, c.A, QCF+A, Dash, c.A x3, QCB+A, (possible attacks after)

I dunno if this actually works on real players… seemed to work in arcade mode.
Are there any beginner resources on learning mechanics & combos for Jojos?

Ps. trying to get GGPO working but I’m on Supercade at the moment.

the DIO combo is pretty much one of his bnb’s iirc but I think you do …QCF+C dash j.C (cross-up) etc. there should be some stuff on him in the wiki anyway.

I’ve played this game very casually (without knowing the actual game mechanics, just button mashing.) And I definitely am interested in going a notch higher. Anybody’s got a system mechanics guide? Along with perhaps a few tips on Avdol / Abdul?

I’d appreciate it. And how’s the GGPO community? Is it better on Supercade? Thanks!
