GGs gamegeezer, fahk last night. Thx to everyone for the advice and games:) As some of you know I’ve decided on Mariah to start, landing magnets are like a fun minigame within the game. Actually that’s the main reason I picked her. Hopefully I run into Asuka on GGPO, so I can see a master Mariah in action. However, I was initially interested in DBO…but he has no page on standcrash wiki:( If anyone knows how to play him, I’d appreciate any tips/combos/specials/supers/etc.
Oh and it would be nice if they rebalanced Jojo so I could use Petshop…I mean playing a bird in a fighting game is too awesome. I’m not a fan of small dogs, so Iggy didn’t have much appeal for me, but an eagle…that’s another story.

Ok, so if anyone is interested in JoJo’s Danisen Battles let me know i wouldnt mind holding them like once-twice a week. Also for those that dont know how its setup heres the rules below (this is a copy and paste from another thread).
What are the Dan Battle rules?
?New players begin at 1st Dan
?Players fight other players within 1 rank of themselves
?One win = +1 point, One loss = -1 point, +3 moves the player up 1 rank, -3 moves the player down 1 rank
?Rankings go from 1st to 10th Dan, with special rankings after 10th Dan
?After 10th Dan, players only fight other players of the same rank, and must instead get +5 points to move up a rank
?When you play a different character it’s treated as a new player, so you will start at 1st Dan
How is this going to work exactly?
The player who wins plays till he loses or moves up in rank. If someone moves up rank, they will continue to play till they lose unless no one in their respective rank or 1 within are on. Because players fight within 1 rank of themselves you will be forced to wait for someone to reach 1 rank within yours. While this is happening the second match will be played of new drawn players

Uneven Frame Output (Microstutter)
seems like there might be a fix on the way in the (hopefully not so distant) future for the windows 7 frame skipping. once that’s out, though, i guess somebody has to talk ponder into updating the fba version of ggpo…
Cool stuff. Hopefully Ponder updates the version GGPO uses someday, too! I don’t have Win7, so it doesn’t affect me, but it wouldn’t surprise me if the new version would mean that things like fraps/streaming live wouldn’t make the game have an odd appearance/play.
Had first taste of JJBA offline, and it was amazing. We need to have some of these ASAP. Maybe at the start of next year once holiday season is over and my work isn’t too demanding of me, can get the ball rolling on a jjba fest!
